If we're talking about the stringy green stuff they serve at Chinese buffets, I'd say Yum. The taste is unusual, but there's something stimulating about eating it, like I almost feel like I'm getting an infusion of nutrition. I understand that there are other edible seaweeds out there with which I'm not familiar.
