I don't believe I've ever had it. We've had this discussion before in this thread, and if I remember correctly, imports of black or blood pudding are prohibited in the United States, and there appear to be restrictions on distribution and sale. Though I suppose you could probably still find it, if you're in the know (which most Americans apparently are not), and eat it or buy it shortly after it's made from a small-scale manufacturer.
