Yum Or Yuck

Never had it. It may be a way to improve the hard boiled egg, but it sounds like an awful lot of work. You can get sausage and eggs separately, and a toast or biscuit instead of breading, which will be just as tasty, perhaps even more.

Egg, prepared however you like it, with sausage?
 
I'd probably try it. At worst it's probably no worse than some other cereal concoctions they've come up with, at best, it might turn out to be pretty good. I'll give it a Yum.

I'll give it a conditional Yum. I'll eat it, but anchovies on pizza are best when other ingredients are on the pizza as well.
