I'm guessing you mean Iberian alfajor, which I've never had and had to look up. It's quite different from Latin American alfajores, which we get here. Those are typically sandwich cookies with dulce de leche in the middle, and whether they're yum or yuck depends on whether or not they're too sweet.

Oh, and by the way, Indian butter chicken is the authentic version of chicken tikka masala, which was invented in the West.
