Hey guys, so my first full duo scene with Fratmen that I created is exporting and will be going up in the near future. I just wanted to say that this project is a VERY big departure from the typical FratmenSucks style of filming but that it is NOT a new direction for the site/company. This project was a ton of fun to pull off with Fratmen Jonah, Jace, and Alan even makes a cameo appearance (Benji helped out as well.) It was meant as an exercise to gain some feedback on mixing things up once in a while.This new scene is dark, rough, beautiful, passionate, and emotional- it's Fratmen like you've never seen them before.

Once the blogs and twitter got wind of me coming and being a part of the FM organization, many commented that they wanted me to come and help out with the duos because they felt that was where some improvement was needed. From looking back at older Fratmen duos, I was able to see where the company has been and with this new project, I've pushed the envelope in a completely different arena. I know that this scene will be controversial with the members who like the current production style so again, I'd like to reiterate that this is not a new direction, just a special feature meant as an exercise to gather member feedback. I hope you all have as much fun watching it as we all did making it- it's a cinematic take on a Fratmen scene. Zane! I created a profile simply to speak to you about Fratpad. Since its inception, I've been holding out hope for great content from the Fratpad. I hope with your arrival, it finally happens. Here is my MAJOR gripe about the pad: WOMEN!!!!!!! What is up with the gradual proliferation of women on camera, or even at the pad!!! As a gay dude, it completely ruins the mood to see a naked frat dude jacking off & then to hear a female voice off camera. Why are they allowed to roam the house when someone is fully naked & jacking off. I know to the straight dudes you hire, it's nothing, because they keep jacking or whatever with the chicks right there. Not to sound like a 10 year old boy, but in a fratpad situation, "Girls are Gross." They should not be seen nor heard at fratpad. There is an archive session from a few years ago of Hapa. He is naked on the bed with Dimitri & another fratie. Dimitri is showing his asshole & Hapa is laying close to him. In comes a damn female voice & I only stay tuned to see how it played out. The 3 naked fratpaders talk to her, but I was completely turned off. COMPLETELY!!!! Now this Minnie chick is popping up everywhere. This should not be! You guys need to hire gay administrators & staff only to keep things on track, since your primary audience is GAY MEN! Fratpad can be great, but it's like no one wants it to be. Not even the guy paying the frat bros. What upsets me greatly is the gay men who think it's ok because as long as the straight dudes are naked they're good to go. Services are being paid for & none of those services include the inclusion of women.
 
I don't think I would ever be inclined to join Frat Pad with or without Zane. I enjoy Zane butt paying money just to see straight guys jerk off and then off camera take that money and splurge it on chicks gives me a migraine. And I'm sure there are other studios where this happens (before the comments start) butt Frat Pad seems to be blatant about it. The above poster is right. Chicks showing up in the scene like that (even their voices) kill it every time. Cody Cummings, Frat Pad, . . . .all the same to me.
 
The strength of Fratmen has always been the soft(er) core solos where you'd get to watch a beautiful guy like Paul Donahoe (or just about any of the others) get naked and rub one out. The attempts at hard-core on the Pad are usually tepid: with the exception of Jayden they never have sustained boners, even when they're getting their cocks sucked.
 
Plainview I've never really been clear on the mission of the Pad, or the ideal to which it aspires. If it's supposed to be a 'Real World'-like fly-on-the-wall view as to what goes on in a Fraternity House then there are going to be girls around. I refer you to Rebecca Martinson's email (or better Michael Shannon's dramatic reading of it).

If on the other hand it's supposed to be some socially isolated Never-Never land with a bunch if really hot guys making do with each other I don't think they'd be able to find any models willing to work under those circumstances. When they're not on-call at the Pad, I think all these guys are out chasing tail.

There's another thread in this forum "did you have group sex as a teen?", referring to circle-jerks, etc. Situations like these rarely arise anymore for the dual reasons that even tween guys know they're 'gay', and adolescent girls are much more precocious these days. Boys don't have to seek out other boys for intimate relief.
 
if you are going to try to correct things, start with regular updates! How often should there be updates to fratmen.tv or fratmen sucks?
It's not fair to members that there are not regular updates, either weekly, or at some standard interval stated on the site!
Also updates should be listed chronologically, with dates. I'll never rejoin either until the sites become more dependable.
I was an allaccess member, but i dont see that option as a link on any of the sites pages. How would anyone know it was even an option. there should also be discounts for joining both sites, in order to increase multiple memberships. Seems like every site is a secret. What's the problem? Good luck improving the Fratpad and other frat sites.
 
I guess I am a "meat and potatoes" kind of guy. If the world were mine (big IF), I'd ban all solo sites especially ones like Frat Pad. I am absolutely amazed that guys will reach into their wallets and pull out their credit cards to pay money (monthly) to see straight guys rub one out. That money is going into the bank account of someone who is doling out a portion to straight guys who turn around and spend it on a bracelet, an Olive Garden dinner and a hotel room for their girlfriends. This is not to say that other studios don't have the same issue but Frat Pad seems so blatant about it. If I am going to pay money to join a site and pay monthly an average of $20, I'd rather spend my money watching two guys going all the way. It's like going to a steak house and ordering a garden salad and a glass of tap water. I want the full course.

Maybe I'm just envious. I was stupid for going to university all those years for a 9 - 5 when I could have just bought myself a palatial home, built out a website and invite straight guys to come over and jerk off and reap loads of dough from gay guys logging in to see it.

But to each his own I guess. I am just so clueless and lost when it comes to why gay men would support these types of sites.
 
For most of these guys, solos are all you'll get. They have no problems rubbing one out, but they will never cross the line into guy-guy action. Levi, hot Mormon dude, Dale, another blond. Both can always get me off!

A really good solo can be as satisfying as the best action sequence. If you're really turned on by the guy, your imagination takes over.

Since my role with Fratmen is more production-based, I can't answer all of your questions regarding management issues. I will say that as a company, we are taking steps to improve in many different areas but change can't always happen over night. A lot of really exciting things are happening behind-the-scenes and in due-time, you will start to see some of the projects come to light. Unfortunately, I have to remain somewhat tight-lipped in the meantime ;)

I haven't seen Zane's full video for Fratmen, but I am stunned at the negative posts I am reading on various other blogs and forums. Most of us here are fans or at least sympathetic supporters of Zane and there are sites and forums I do not visit because the members seem to be all bitchy queens who only delight in bashing others thinking they are being amusing, but come on the response is ridiculous. I have yet to read a single positive response anywhere else. but I am going to keep looking. Nothing is that bad. And this video definitely is not.
