You certainly have given me / my commentary a great deal of thought....not sure if I should be flattered or somewhat concerned with the attention. The jury is still out on that one.

I watched parts of the videos -- and it looks like you're having a great time...

I'm not entirely sure HOW you are engaging, having a good time AND filming AND worrying about live streaming all at once -- but you did it well...

I can FOR SURE say that YOU were the STAR of the videos -- you have an AWESOME personality that definitely makes it fun to watch...

SO -- not to sound TOTALLY dumb or anything -- but is the concept of your new website just to watch you guys go about your normal lives and talk to people in your chatroom???

Trusttttt me... when I saw the footage from the "stalker scene" I knew it was going to be received poorly. However, the Jace/Jonah was the one scene that I did. It was intentionally meant to be controversial and a huge departure from the norm. The goal of that scene was to get people talking about the brand again and to gain feedback such as yours. We knew it was going to ruffle some feathers which is why I put this statement out a week ahead of time:

"Hey guys, so my first full duo scene with Fratmen that I created is exporting and will be going up in the near future. I just wanted to say that this project is a VERY big departure from the typical FratmenSucks style of filming but that it is NOT a new direction for the site/company. This project was a ton of fun to pull off with Fratmen Jonah, Jace, and Alan even makes a cameo appearance (Benji helped out as well.) It was meant as an exercise to gain some feedback on mixing things up once in a while.This new scene is dark, rough, beautiful, passionate, and emotional- it's Fratmen like you've never seen them before."

While the majority of the members I have chatted with absolutely loved what we produced, there are a few such as yourself that did not- and that's okay, that's the feedback we wanted to hear, so thank you for that. I've currently been working on a documentary featuring Jonah in the AIDS LifeCycle and just created a whole new free website for all things Fratmen- daily.fratmen.com

Lots of other exciting things are going on behind-the-scenes around here and I hope that this sort of explains what our goal was with that particular scene. I can't speak for the other, that had nothing to do with me. Take care and thank you for your feedback. -Zane

Zane - I apologize profusely to you for my negative comments. I had thought you were behind ALL of this - sorry! The Jonah/Jace was really NOT the issue - there were some parts of it that were OK .... believe me, if I had someone like Jonah nxt to me the bowl of popcorn would have melted - and I was waiting in eager anticipation for the sensual finish, which was so dark, I couldn't enjoy it. I was so worked up sexually I had to go back and watch Jonah and Wally again - and enjoy Wally taking a mouthful of Jonah's oive juice. And when I saw another scene cum up so quickly a few days later - a record for FMSucks BTW ... I watched Nico in intense anticipation - boy was I disappointed with that piece of cinematic trash to say the least! I think FMSucks is over, unless they produce something with more reality - and real sex - The men are hot and the action is pretty sensual - even with the phony kissing - but be done with this fantasy nonsense - eg - if the next scene after (or a continuatikon thereof - Rico and Jayden - would have shown the actuality of what probably really took place - Rico & Jayden enjoying full-on FlipFlopsex - that would have sent the ratings through the roof - for example, Jayden's closing comment in that was , "let's close this down, and get to the REAL stuff,,," I dreamt for hours afterwards of what this would have been like. (Except that Jayden is gone now, and that will never happen - unless someone filmed it!!!! Amen.

BTW - does someone at FM tell them NOT to kiss fully??? I think most of these guys would love to thrust a tongue inside the other, but are told not to - look at how far Marco/Tanner has come over at CF since he is now free from FM's shackles and restrictions. It was a pleasure to see Jayden really giving Vincent what he wanted as he shoved his tongue repeatedly into Vincent's hotmouth! Hot bromance!

Zane - thanks for keeping us posted, both on Jonah's ride, and what's happening at fratmen.

I watched the Jayden and Vincent video. It is the first fratmen video I’ve ever watched. It reminds me of being thirteen, only with bodies that I could only fantasize about. At that time I was stuck on third base (blow jobs and rim jobs), hoping to get a home run (fucking), but never quite getting up the nerve. I was beyond second base (mutual jerk offs and giving/getting a hand job). Sure, there was some heavy rubbing and simulated sex, but no actual cock in ass action. It was frustrating, for a very long time.

It also reminds me why I’m glad I’m not longer a frustrated teen. While this video was fun to watch, it’s just an appetizer. It wets the palate, but doesn’t satisfy the hunger. I still want the main course. I’m left with the impression that the fratmen family of web sites is like watching a series of two act plays where they only show you the first act. So at least for now, or until the fratmen crew develops a fratmenfucks site, I probably continue to observe, but not subscribe to fratmen.

@statsguy, I totally understand your view on the Fratmen sites- it's definitely more vanilla than other sites out there but I think there is also a large market for those that don't actually want to see penetration. I can remember an email I got back in my AZ days from a guy who was a part of a large group on Yahoo called 'mutual jerkers.' That's what they were into so in one scene, that's all we did. Of course many cried foul because they wanted more. The unique part about Fratmen is the Fratpad where many members form great bonds with the models. Some of them even get upset that their favorite models end up going on to do duo scenes. So it's a very delicate balancing act around this neck of the woods trying to figure out just what the majority want to see. As a company, we know we cannot compete with the hardcore sites since we are more softcore. I do think that we have a higher quality of models and we are the best site that offers that daily interaction that many members want in their lives. Obviously it's a lot different than what I created at AZ but the Fratmen brand is a unique product and I'm glad to be able to be a part of this brand and we've got some other really cool things coming down the pipeline

@zanemich, you are in a difficult position of trying to defend Fratpad management decisions that make no sense. You would be hard pressed to find members/fans that object to Fratpad delivering more hardcore content. You're a smart guy, but honestly, you have to know there is no great chorus of members saying "no penetration." You also have to know that those few vocal people that dominate the Fratpad chat room are not representative of the majority of members--they are just the loudest.
Members will never know why Fratpad continues to struggle on so many levels, from near constant technial issues, revolving door of models, excessive pricing, vanilla content and now what appears to be declining membership. Actually, Fratpad content has become gimmicky.
Zane, I have to give you credit, you saw an opportunity after SCM and created AZ which almost perfectly filled the void that was created by SCM. One day, someone else will come along and recognize the potential of the Fratpad and then do it right.

I was a member of SCM, Fratpad and AZ, so you can tell that my tastes run more on the unscripted, "friends with benefits/fuck buddy", behind the scenes, type of content. At this point, there is no where for me to spend my money.

I watched the youtub wrapup of the Fratpad drag show that was posted. I can see the allure of fratpad, although str8 guy drag leaves something to be desired. Wearing dresses commado? (although it probably feels good). They needed someone with a sense of fashion. And put some heels on these boys.

I think Jonah should have won. But then he’s the only (frat) guy that I know anything about. I really enjoyed watching Jonah on the sf-to-la run. I was impressed with his willingness to chat online with everyone after a hard day’s bike. (I would have just growled.) Then I looked at some of his pics in the external section of one of the frat web sites. Not only is he a good athlete, good looking, and friendly, he sucks dick.

So even if I haven’t joined yet, I can see that it’s going to be getting a better taste of what goes on at fm that will get me interested.
