LOS ANGELES, Calif. - A spokesman for Zsa Zsa Gabor says she is in serious condition at a Los Angeles hospital and has received the last rites.

John Blanchette on Sunday described Gabor's health situation following her surgery a day earlier as "very sad."

I know who she is, but I honestly can't remember a single thing she's been in.

That's because she wasn't in anything (major)!

Zsa Zsa Gabor was one of the primary subjects in the wikipedia articla "famous for being famous".

I'm surprised people have so much respect for her. No one would be moping if Paris Hilton was dying.

Zsa Zsa epitomised Hollywood. She didn't have to do anything. Eva is best known for her portrayal of Lisa Douglas, but most people forget Magda entirely.

Eva was a hoot on GREEN ACRES and did some Broadway as well. She also ran a successful wig business. Zsa Zsa is the more flamboyant and notorious of the three sisters. In the last 20 or so years she and her current hubby, the "Prince" are better known for their litigiousness, but they are amusing. She had that little cop slapping incident and was embroiled in a lawsuit against Elke Sommer. He tried to claim he was a candidate for Anna Nicole's baby daddy. Then he was supposedly robbed, stripped and left handcuffed to the steering wheel of his Rolls(?). They are VERY entertaining. Her glamorous turbulence will be missed.

gimmie a break -- she was a STAR -- she was in film AND television for over 50 years -- you call that Didn't do anything? you people have no idea what you're talking about.

She has a GOLDEN GLOBE and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame -- where's your Golden globe, and your star? oh - you don't have one -- i see.
50 years as an actress is not a whim - and it's not 15 minutes of Paris Hilton , for crissake !!
In her time - she was a star ! she made people laff, which is more than i can say for the two of you.

I'd love to write your obits-- it would have words in it like bitter judgemental self-centered old man. Who didn't do anything major except talk trash about other people.

QUEEN OF OUTER SPACE is a cheesetastic classic. One highlight has Zsa Zsa impersonating the masked queen with noone noticing that said queen has suddenly developed a Hungarian accent. She looks gorgeous for sure.

Zsa Zsa Gabor to become new mother at 94, husband says

Los Angeles (CNN) -- Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband wants his 94-year-old wife to become a mother again using an egg donor, artificial insemination and a surrogate mother, Prince Frederic von Anhalt told CNN Thursday.

"I've gone through the initial steps of donor matching and blood work and next week the donation process will begin," von Anhalt said.

Gabor's only child, Francesca Hilton, described herself as shocked when told of the plan Thursday.

"That's just weird," Hilton said.

We should keep in mind, however, that this is the same Prince Frederic von Anhalt who, if I recall the story correctly, distributed pictures to the media of himself naked, bound and gagged, sitting in a beach buggy / jeep, and then claimed that he had met three women while out jogging / driving, and talked to them, but that they then abducted him, stripped him, tied him up, took photos of him, left the camera and film beside him, and then ran off, before he freed himself and escaped.

Did you follow all that?

I think therefore that his claims should be taken with ever the slightest pinch of salt.
