Is anyone else here going to D.C. this saturday?? I've been hearing a lot about it lately on the radio.Sounds like it's going to be well attended, there are 700 busses leaving from N.Y. alone. It promises to have some real good speakers.I can't wait..

Outside of a few progressive radio hosts and MSNBC I haven't heard a peep out of the rest of the media..I wonder if this will be like the anti war marches back a few years ago, where hundreds of thousands of people showed up and the events received barely,if any media coverage..

Here's a list of the groups that will be there.

That's strange, there are some major supporters missing from that list! Seems like the DailyKos just decided to edit these supporters from their list. But hey, maybe it's just a coincidence.

That's a shame they were left out.I've seen them mentioned on other websites..

Unlike most people on the hysterical right,I have no beef with either Communists or Socialists.I would vote, without hesitation, for a decent Socialist candidate..
Are you going to be there Laika?

Imagine a country where people are free to believe as they wish.

Someone ought to invent it and call it the united states of america.

No. You believe what you're told. And don't ask questions. And don't get educated. Them intelligentsia think they're so smart. Ignorance is bliss. Remember to vote Republican. Pray to the Christian God only.

I heard that apparently obama unofficially endorsed the march at some low-key event - can't find a video or similar though ..

I saw the clip this afternoon. Obama was referring to the John Stewart "march." It appeared that he was attending a back-yard picnic.
