I'm honest: I don't know myself. I've been slender all my life and have done some sports. Those sports were sailing, golf and tennis and ages ago athletics. I've been eating all stuff I like when I like and how much I like. With the start of puberty I got more conscious about my body and my looks, so I did more tennis and started some fitness exercises.
About two years ago me and my girlfriend split and that's when I really wanted to look more like a man. ;)
And now I'm doing a lot more fitness (5x a week) and tennis and sailing and I guess that shapes my body... :)
As you may noticed: I neither went to a fitness center and started working out nor did I stop eating the food I love. So yeah, it's pretty hard to give a secret w
