2 Cellos - Welcome to the Jungle

Neil,
That B&W w/ wood tones on cellos is a shot for their advertising the @2Cellos watches.

They're still sexy as hell.

^ One of my favorite folk songs. So soothing, calming, and that rendition so beautifully done. :=D: ..|

Thank You!, Neil! (group)

Keep Smilin'!! (*8*)

Neil,
Have we shared that with each other before? I know I've listened to that video before.

I love the performance.

Not to break the spell of Shenandoah, but here's a slightly different genre performed by the boys in White Ties and Tails.

And now something for Neil's heritage, Medic1, and Cormac.

And because we know everyone likes a good looking guy in uniform - with Chanticleer - and flashbacks to rehearsal and much less formal attire.

And a little put-on for Jay Leno from 2009.

Some soul fun.

Then a quick jump back to the late 11th/early 12th century:

Probably, and I might even have posted it here at one time, but I was too lazy to go through the thread to find it. Much easier to post it again and go 'oopsie' if it was a double.

By the way, it was hearing 'Lock Lomond' on the radio early in the morning which prompted me to look them up, but I found Shenandoah and decided to post that one instead.

I would truly have loved to have seen Riverdance live, especially with Colin Dunne (the lead dancer in the white shirt). Alas, I have to satisfy myself with my DVD copy.

"All Night Long" from their tour of the Phillipines - just posted to You Tube today!

Composed for the piano by Isaac Albeniz, this piece, Asturias, part of the Albeniz's Suite Espanola, was arranged for solo guitar and played here by the magnificent John Williams:

Who'da thunk that our boy was into water polo as this screen cap shows?

Here's the video:

I just installed a Google ChromeCast player on our 42" LCD TV and played "Where the Streets Have no Name" by our boys, and am now listening to Perpetuum Jazzile "Africa" - the images are stunning - the pop almost like it was 3D. And the music vs. even my Bose Headphones - wow.

Great $30 investment.

Happy to help. Glad you like the thread. They are great musicians and damned sexy, too.
