I decided to get in shape and did some running with my friend 2 days ago. But yesterday and today my legs hurt a bit. Should I wait for the pain to go away or should I run again anyway? This happens with other body parts too. When I work some of my muscles hard after not using them for a long time, they hurt the next day. Should I wait for them to heal or is it ok if I workout again the next day or 2 days later?
