Its all in the feeling of self worth. Apparently he isn't as concerned about flashing his smile and really opening up. The hat covering his balding head also gives a more youthful appearance.

Covering his receding hairline with the hat and getting rid of those terrible frameless spectacles was a good [STRIKE]trick[/STRIKE] idea. Frameless specs always add more lines (bags) under the eyes.

And the choppers would 'fill out' his face more, too.

I'd suspect it was some sort of a publicity stunt/advertising for dentists if they hadn't mentioned the $25,000.
