Dink Flamingo showed his true colors a while ago when he made the comment about auditioning a black guy. He claimed that the guy stole from him during an audition. All black guys steal I guess?

I believe that Flamingo is a total predator. He finds weak guys and exploits them for all they are worth. Knowing how he has handled other controversies and the misfortune of some of his models, slimy is the only way to characterize him.

I was also stumped by JUB's decision to close the other thread. It had really slowed down to a lull. I figured it would ebb and flow based on the actions of Active Duty. I didn’t realize that members could request that a thread be closed when they felt the thread had outlived its usefulness

Moral character. It's called properly crediting the rightful owner of copyrighted material. I find it funny that every other picture on his thread has the rightful owner credited EXCEPT the ones owned by me and Dirty Bird Pictures.

What are you even talking about? Except for leaving pictures out so that none of them were full sets and reducing their sizes so they weren't full resolution, NONE of those pictures were edited to crop ANY existing logos and were all posted as found. You may want to talk to Brent if logos were left off of your "summit" pictures because they exist that way on his pay-site, where they came from.

You DO have a personal score to settle as referenced by the fact that you only brought it up because you disliked what I said. I already HAVE all the pictures so it's not even me your spiting, it's everybody else but, whatever...do what you will.

I refer you to what has just happened in the last 24 hours to THIS thread. Nothing new on the subject was added. People continued to express the same opinions in variouis different combinations of words, and then resorted to personal insults and accusations because they still had a difference of opinion. In addition, none of Dink's posts were deleted from the original thread - he was referring to the printed copy of that thread that he was giving to Axl to read, where he had deleted his comments.

This. I predict that before long there will be a new and rapidly-spreading mental disorder identified as TRDD - tattoo-regret-depressive-disorder. And/or that someone will make millions figuring out an effective and painless way to remove the horrendous, no-longer-wanted body painting.

I have to laugh (and cry) thinking about what things would be like today if all the baby boomers who were rabid, idealistic, free-love anti-war protesters in the 60's had painted themselves back then with anti-war and other tattoos espousing sentiments that many of them would consider "evil socialism" today.

What you believe (or find attractive or cool) at 20 can be worlds apart from where your mind is 20+ years later.

The hideous tattoos that predominate at AD these days -- and I'm speaking purely from an aesthetic viewpoint -- is yet another reason that site is yesterday's news as far as I'm concerned.

I'd ask why he doesn't have the 14 and 88 blocked out, of course. And now that I've said the above, he'd have to do more than just quote those lines for me to buy it.

And that, in turn, is why I wanted Jasun (as a party who a. I don't think is a racist, b. is on friendly terms with Dink and c. has a video blog) to interview Axl on camera, so we can assess his sincerity or lack of same for ourselves.

Jasun doesn't believe it would make any difference, and also he's understandably annoyed by the number of people who tell him what he should vlog. I've apologized to him for that.

Why the other things haven't happened I don't know. Obviously it's Axl's choice. The level of flame and vitriol on these threads may be one reason. Would YOU voluntarily go somewhere where a bunch of people are almost guaranteed to do the verbal equivalent of throwing shit at you?

Of course, he could also be sitting there laughing and thinking "Look at all them mud people and race traitors* with their panties in a bunch! Haw haw haw!" There's no way to know, and I think probably we never will know.
