Active Duty update thread
I've come across a couple of those "live" webcam chats that Active Duty guys used to have, such as one of Kaden's below ... If anyone knows of any others that are floating around, please provide the links :) ... I presume they're all archived in the AD site itself? ...

I've been a member for several years and have never run into any download limits - mind you, since I usually download as I go - it probably wouldn't come up much, but when I had to recover scenes from a couple of movies I lost, I downloaded about 10 scenes in a couple of hours without a hitch. Don't know if it will be the same for trial memberships..

The T&C don't mention download limits - basically, they affirm your agreement that you're downloading explicit content for adults only, that you will download to a single computer, you won't share/trade your password and that you won't share/redistribute the site's content (ie piracy), that they reserve the right to embed an electronic tracking code and will ban you for life if you violate any of the previous conditions...

@biff30xx - a lot of the live shows are archived on the site, but there are significant gaps - about a year between march 2009 and 2010 is missing, about 6 months from 2008, etc. But there's still a lot of hour-long shows to watch if you're a member.

My biggest beef with the site is that there hasn't been a live show since the middle of last year... I miss 'em :(

I took advantage of the $15 trial over the weekend and I've been able to download dozens of videos. There doesn't seem to be a limit.

What irks me is that there are many hot videos of yore inexplicably missing. Like "Wolf & Britt" and all of Parker I's videos, for example. The latter was a hot stud, but alas his videos are not available. It's the same with Amateur Straight Guys. Most of their videos, especially the early ones, are MIA. What gives? Active Duty has owned ASG for over 3 years, so is it an AD thing? But why would the want to deny their fans/members access to those videos?
 
I presume that the "live" webcam chats, such as Kaden's that I show above, aren't on DVD but were recorded by someone at the time of the chat and then uploaded to a free site. Cole and Damian I know about, as there's a hot hour-long webcam chat on GayForIt in which Cole cums twice. There's also a solo Damian show somewhere in which he shoves a dildo up his butt. I've been told that the guy in the screen shot down below them is also from Active Duty and is called Lance. He puts on a hot show too. So it would be nice to see more of these webcam shows, as you don't get all that wretched chit-chat from behind the camera like you do in the usual AD shoots ... Anyone know if any more of these live webcam shows are floating around anywhere ? ... :)

Thanks for the info about the downloads, guys. I can only think some of the early vids are missing due to the tapes being lost. The files have all been re-encoded to MP4 format or in high def with the DRM gone.

Boy has Active Duty really fallen.

A site I used to visit at least twice a week for updates is now something that I may visit once a month.

For me their peak was 2010-2012.

Cole was one of the few about who I had doubts about his ever having been in the military.

Active Duty should really just call it a day already. Like Fratman, it was a good idea that's had its day

The NC bust was the beginning of the end for them.
Now it's a joke and I don't believe many of the models they use now are or ever were in the military.
As you said, it was great at one time but now it just needs to close up shop.
 
I imagine all these guys have moved on.

Chaz was a favorite. Such a naughty boy!

Kaden 'Saylor' is another one who I suspect never saw boot-camp.

Anybody remember a guy named Lance in AD? Actually Lance 3, since there were two others. He did half a scene with Devin, and a full scene with Bo, but I've never seen him in anything else.

Also, did Hoss or Levi ever do anything outside AD?
 
As you say, scrappie, there were three 'Active Duty' guys named Lance. GEVI lists them as ad1, ad2 and ad3 respectively. Hoss and Levi are also listed as 'ad 'only, though there are two Levis. I don't always know what sites GEVI are referring to, with the italics in brackets after the names, but 'ad' is pretty obvious, I think ... :) ...
