Again, yes it does, since age/aging affects all of those things.![]()
I repeat that a number on a birth certificate does not influence our wellness, or our physical, and mental health.
We all age, and then die. Some die earlier, than others. Why?
It is how we live that makes us who we are.
I am treating thirty year olds with heart disease as a result of their unhealthy living habits.
I am also well aware that there are many people in their sixties, and seventies who are in very good health as a result of them taking good care of their health.
Thus some people who take good care of their health age more slowly than those who do not take care of their health.
Our biological condition is determined by our choices, and not by a number on a birth certificate.
