What occupation a guy works in can also have an effect on his face. Of course a guy chooses his job, so that's kind of being responsible for it, too.

Today I discovered the most dreamy guy* ever:

I'm sure you've been told again and again never to judge a book by its cover; but there's a saying that after a certain age, every man is responsible for his face. It shows clearly on your face, what sort of person you are. If you are fun, you may have "smile creases" on your face. If you are the angry sort, you may have "creases on your brow". Just by looking at someone's face (when they are of age) can you tell a lot about their personality.
Rarely, do I find anyone from porn attractive or memorable, but today I came upon this picture and this guy, I totally fell in love with. His face is so soft and pretty and you sort of get the sense that he's very gentle and patient/ and that he'd make for good boyfriend material. (And I always liked guys who were skinny and not muscular).
Do you agree with the statement: Alas, after a certain age every man is responsible for his face. And why or why not?

Theres more to life than having a pretty face..
I'd like to think I earned every wrinkle on mine!
No, not really. You have what you were born with and what your DNA says it will become. I can agree on some of the smaller things, some wrinkles or creases. And one can certainly maybe partly control the fat, double chin, chubby cheeks, etc. Other that than, the general shape of our face you have no control of, without resorting to cosmetic surgery.Do you agree with the statement: Alas, after a certain age every man is responsible for his face. But the saying isn't about whether someone is ugly or beautiful. I think I may have sent out mixed messages when I posted a pic of that guy. My interpretation of the quote was that your personality shows on your face after a certain age. At a certain age, you become almost like an open book in a sense. People can tell just by looking at you what kind of person you are, whether you are shy, aggressive, confident...etc.
