i put off watching the first movie because it got such bad reviews by what seemed everyone at the time...after watching it, i was surprised by how good it was...looking forward to the sequel (maybe first time ever saying that)

The first AVP was just terribley terrible, just awful. My friends seen first 6 minutes of AVP2 and it starts off with all the predators from the first AVP being killed and being swiftly replaced a Predator that looks like the one from the 1st Predator film. So in general AVP2 looks like it wont completely and utterly suck like the first. Yay!

the only reason why i want to see this movie is to see that alien-predator hybrid... i bet its gonna look cool as shit.

Opens Christmas Day. I would go, but I'd rather stay at home and relax, stuffed with good food, then be in a movie theater stuffing my face with crappy junk food that would probably come out badly later on.
