Am I the Only One Annoyed with the "Sexuality is Fluid/No Labels!" Comments?

One of the biggest red flags here is that most arguing for labels consistently make their argument about men and women. When the topic of sexuality comes up, I find

folks with a need to filter humans only as either man or woman

(or even worse, "penis" or "vagina") as completely un-relatable

Sadly we are taught that men and women are distinct beyond hormones and genitalia, from an early age (i.e. in school, by parents, by peers). This will endlessly disturb me.
