I love James now and imagined him singing his second song to Stefano in the audience.

Lusk started ok on the second song but he is so out of control that he cannot moderate himself enough to deliver a song with depth and feeling - I just feel uncomfortable watching him and then listening to him assassinate another song while he thinks he is so good.

Lauren doing Unchained Melody was an act of soullessness.

Scotty doing You were Always on my Mind was good but so bland.

And Haley. Just Wow, girl. You ripped House a new hole with that great performance.
 
It's okay, even us Worsters know saving Jacob is hopeless. Can't wait to vote for Haley next week.
 
James and Jacob are horrible. Sooooooooo sick of James and his off key performances and his crying. It's not called who has the Most Emotion Idol. This is by far the worst season of all as far as judging.

These one hour results shows this late into the season REALLY need to stop happening.

And I can't even lie... I'm REALLY missing Casey right now. Once Haley goes, I might have to stop watching this season. I thought people like Durbin and Scotty were amusing sideshows to the giant trainwrecks of Casey, Namia and Paul; they're nowhere as entertaining when they're the main show.
 
People are STILL trying to pretend Naima can be grouped with Casey and Paul?

Of course, those people also miss Casey so not much to be said.

I just wish people would get over trying to bring her down to that level.

We open the show with that trainwreck of a group performance and are now is cooking with the idols and Jacob jumps around for getting second in a group of people who barely know what they are doing.
 
Ryan warns we might be surprised by the results. To a Haley fan like myself, that doesn't sound good. There's no way she can go over Jacob fucking Lusk right??

I know I sound paranoid, but after Pia's early elimination, I feel like any crazy shitty thing can happen.

EDIT: Hmm, unless Ryan pulls one of hi famous reshuffles, separating James and Lauren seems to indicate that one of them is in the Bottom Two. Which means Haley and Jacob won't automatically make the Bottom Two together. Which means SHE must be safe, right?

The Jimmy prediction seems like either a pile-on to shock us with "Lauren is safe!" or to prepare us for her Bottom Two appearance.

The fools on the show seem to think Jacob is a favorite. That could mean he is a surprise.

Haley, sadly, would not be a surprise. The only surprise has been each week she was safe after the constant string of female eliminations.

Scotty, Lauren, and James would be a surprise.

Wow. That's the first time Jimmy -- or ANYONE on this damn show -- has ever put Haley in the same sentence with "finals."
 
Why do they insist on having Ryan ask the last person to stand next to the safe group? They're never going to do it because they're all so fucking squeaky clean, so stop bothering.

BUT FUCK YEAH to Jacob and Lauren in the Bottom Two!!! Either way I'm going to be happy tonight.

Worst of all, this trip to Bottom Two will mobilize her fans like beasts, cementing Haley's fourth place finish next week.

But seriously, even if she goes next week, Haley should be proud of herself. She got all the way to Final 4 and made it past Presumed Frontrunner Pia, Perenially Overrated Jacob and Saved Boyfriend Casey. And she did it all without ANY help from the judges (who saved their criticisms only for her), Jimmy (who tanked her many times in those video packages) or the producers (who never gave her a background story like all the others). She did it all with her talent.

AND the VFTW pick next week is almost certainly going to be Haley, so at least I can support her for once too!
