I'm rooting for Celia. Yeah, she's 25, but she's aware of it (I don't think she looks that old). And she's articulate and just seems like a cool person. And I don't know much about women's clothes (which is ironic, considering the show), but chick can dress.
 
Celia seems to have the only fashion sense in the bunch and knows what to do. I hope she stays till the final, and Sandra gets kicked to the curb. She is so arrogant and doesn't realize she's been doing REALLY bad!
 
i think sandra will make it overseas. she has model written all over her, and i loved her photo this past week. but she's one big egomaniacal bitch - so maybe tyra will give her the humble-pie-eating, ass-whooping that she needs. if she's able to improve her fug personality, my instincts are to put money on her to win this shiz. (how's that for a scandalous prediction?)

i agree with syn and yeahwhatever - celia is the most fashionable of the bunch, with probably the best insight into modeling and the fashion-world since C7 Melrose - only without melrose's stank personality.

i like her personality, i love that she walks like she's constantly on a catwalk, and i adore how she dresses. you can tell she works at bergdorf goodman's. but, despite all her goods, she's older than any of the previous winners and doesn't have the freshest face out there. still love her anyway.

and bring back nole marin! he totally outshined paulina at that judging two weeks ago. i miss his bitchy humor. he needs to replace miss jay at panel.
 
None of these models compare to last cycles winner Mckey. Fuck she was hot. Everything about her screamed model, and her pictures were always so fucking good.

But this cycle, it may sound weird but I really want allison to get far. Her eyes are kind of creepy but she looks the most unique out of all of them.
But I also think Fo, London and Celia could all go far. Celia isn't the prettiest to look at, but she really does know her shit about the modeling industry, which i respect.
 
Ugh, Tahlia. Natalie hit the nail on the head when she said that it's annoying that Tahlia is ready to leave the competition when she does poorly, and that she wants to stay when she does well. Everyone has their ups and downs on the show, but no one seems nearly as defeated as Tahlia when receiving criticism.

I felt bad for Celia for stepping up and saying something, and for Tyra reacting so self-righteously. No one has forgotten the whole Tiffany debacle.

word. i totally respect celia for actually being the first girl in the history of antm with the balls (celia made a very convicing drag queen) to speak her mind about another contestant directly TO tyra, AT panel, AFTER an elimination, no less.

but it was still a sheisty move - she came off as more of a tattle-tail than anything else.

next week looks like some racially-divided fighting is going to break out.
 
Yeah, I wish Celia didn't apologize to Tyra. But I have a ton of respect for her for saying something while everyone else just stood there. However, it would have been a better move to bring it up before the elimination.

And if I recall correctly, Tahlia was complaining about wanting to go home while sitting right next to Celia (getting their makeup applied for a challenge). I mean, she could have been a little more discreet about it. But what else do you expect from someone who was cast solely on their sob story? Yeah, I feel bad that Tahlia was burned as a child, but she's not a model. Tyra plays favorites, and she loves herself a sob story. Especially one that she can exploit later on her syndicated talk show!

yah, totally! it's all about the top model tie-ins to her talk show. tyra is one cunning little cunt. and i love her all the more for it.

tahlia is most definitely the sob-story/pity-case du-jour... although, it's a bit of pointless one. i'm not sure how bringing to light the appeal of scars is going to change the face of fashion.

and yeah, moe - i agree that celia's motives were totally questionable and somewhat dumb, but there's something really refreshing about seeing this manly woman actually back up her words and speak her mind in front of tyra. totally unprecedented stuff (much like C9 ebony's refusal to stay in the competition).

and just watching her boldly walk up to the catwalk after elimination and looking tyra right in the eyes, with the poise of an angry diplomat - gives me chills.

i love seeing chicks on the show who actually stand up for themselves and aren't the slaves that tyrant wants/expects them to be. all celia was really saying was, "fuck you tyra for eliminating the wrong person."

actually, celia reminds me alot of C8 renee - right down to the horse-mane makeover, old face, severe bone structure, and overall bitchiness. i still love her sense of fashion and bold wardrobe choices, as well as her unabashed self-confidence and catwalk. at 25, she's pretty much just on the show to make for good tv, but she really could have model potential - if only she weren't 25 and didn't have the face of a man.

and yeah sandra - weirdly enough, i actually hope she makes it far. don't get me wrong - i HATE her personality and shittiness, but she's still interesting to watch and i find her to be the most interesting-looking girl in the bunch, from a model/fashion perspective.

if sandra weren't such a fucking bitch, i'd be rooting for her to win.

I dont get why tahlia wants to become a role model being a model with burn scars.
first, i wouldn't consider burn victims a pressing minority.
second, the photographer would probably re-touch her ugly ass scars away anyways


i really hate sandra, i cant stand how she's been in the bottom two twice and yet still acts like shes such a great model

a lot of models dont look great outside of pictures, and celia takes fucking good photos

and, as is custom for ANTM, the girls with high fashion potential often get the boot early on (C11 Lauren Brie, C6 Mollie Sue, etc).

Yeah, Tyra holds a grudge. It's hardly one of the worst things a model has ever done on the show. The other judges seemed to have a stick up their asses about it too.

I actually loved that Ebony left with no remorse! She left because after getting a taste of modeling, she knew it wasn't for her, and she didn't want someone else to go home. On the the other hand, Tahlia thinks that modeling is for her, but doesn't want to deal with the criticism that naturally comes with it.

And since when did Aminat become such a cunt? I actually liked her at the beginning. Talk about underwhelming.
