I agree. She really shouldn't be in the spotlight/limelight if she TRULY wants to get and STAY clean. She's a talented girl and I hope she can live long enough to share her talent and possibly have a chance at becoming something bigger. #-o

yea my girl lauren hill finally seems to be TRYING to get herself straight and get bak into music. I really feel sorry for Amy tho. She is obviously surrounded by alot of people that dont have her best interest at heart. You just know someone was backstage and told her "yeah, go on out there girl"...KNOWING damn well she was a fuckin mess. For all the things Whitney and Britney have gone through, I've never seen them on stage barely able to stand or open their eyes. This is really sad and disgraceful to see an artist like that. And very disrespectful to her fans.

If you took the time to read the article you would see it pointed out everything wrong with Amy Winehouse and this concert. It was an honest review without being delusional. If you followed the link to the source you see it was the person who wrote the article who said "Rather than show the disastrous performances, check out Winehouse at her finest" not anyone on JUB.

No one is making any excuses for Winehouse. She's a very talented but troubled artist. She's a drug addict who desparetly needs help.

The main problem with you Houston apologists is that you blame everyone for her problems except her. Get your heads out of the sand and out of her ass.

As for calling this a "dead thread", the last comment posted here was less than two months ago. Threads don't have to be updated just to say someone has flactulance. The Whitney Houston Memorial Thread is filled with nothing but irrelevant postings. I bet if you would stop posting IT would truly be a dead thread.

Why didn't you do a search and post here? That and the "Enquireresque" headline prove that every posting you make revolves around deflecting negative press from Houston even at the expense of others. If flavor of the month or anyone else throws you a bone you're all over it. if not it's let's tear down anyone and anything that's a threat.

What's funny is how after the posting on this thread you behaved like a petulant little girl and went back to bump the other thread.

I did a search and found a number of reports of her death dating back to 2007.

However, this report is from TMZ:

A press release from the Metropolitan Police, which doesn't specifically name Winehouse, says:

"Police were called by London Ambulance Service to an address in Camden Square NW1 shortly before 16.05hrs today, Saturday 23 July, following reports of a woman found deceased.

On arrival officers found the body of a 27-year-old female who was pronounced dead at the scene.
