Update on this.

We finally went past the minimum wait time to start filing for wage garnishment. My agent filed for wage garnishment. Just got stamped by the court today. I don't really know how this process works. That's what I pay my agent for LOL. To do this kind of stuff so I don't have to worry about it. They tell me the next step will be to get a court order to begin garnishing wages. Once they got the court order they will start intercepting the paychecks.

Eff these creatures.

In other news, the current tenant at the place is still good. No complaints at all about the place. I just checked up on them not too long ago. They are now pretty settled in.

Sorry this happened to you, @Dominus. I dreaded what horrors I might see when I clicked into this thread for a mere "glimpse" of "The Worst Tenant I've Ever Had". And I was not disappointed.

On the positive side, this is the best Tennant we've ever had, so the universe counterbalances itself!
