Are the Michigan charges more substantial?

The problem is that criminally speaking there's a very high bar that so far hasn't been cleared to convict on things seriously criminal - partially because the Barr DOJ did nothing to prepare or investigate previously compounded by the glacial nature of the system - to the reluctance of the Garland DOJ to prioritize this specifically.

Michigan has the best chance at this point I suppose - but I don't know the specifics of that.

There was a Politico special report that I linked somewhere in this thread that talked about how the Falwell's like to cruise boys on the Liberty University campus together. And there's all those pictures of Jerry Jr with his arms around young hot guys or in the Caribbean with hot young guys in swim trunks. So far, the stories only say that Jerry Jr liked to watch his wife have sex with the young guys while he "pleasured himself". There's probably more to the story... I guess we'll find out on Nov 1 when the "documentary" premieres.

It makes perfect sense that the Falwells were in bed (so to speak) with Trump. Birds of a feather... lie down with dogs... all those sayings that mothers admonish us with.

I saw a snippet on the TV where this guy was promoting his show, and he said that "at times" Jr. got too close. My rentboy radar seriously went off - it's not that I didn't suspect before that - straight men who like to watch pretty young things bang the wife? right - but I thought maybe that was possibly as far as it went. Nope, pay for play, then he stiffed the hustler, and not with his pecker.
