Of course Mike never thought of consumers choices with a nut job. Consumers made a choice and made your product a statement to avoid. They will all come back in a future date again and again. It depends on what the charges are and the jurisdiction in which he's charged. Prior acts are generally only admissible to demonstrate a pattern of behavior. That list of charges doesn't seem to indicate that's where the prosecutor is going. My guess is that there's no question they did it, just if that list was criminal or not.

Even if they get a slap on the wrist, any guilty verdict would open them up to a butt load of civil prosecution. Every person called could conceivably sue for damages.
