And Let's not forget about the other Deplorables

Has anyone told them that if they all die, they get to see all these people?

Oh, the irony if they get there and all those punch guzzlers are standing at the Pearly Gates wearing masks and holding the Gates shut.

Mikey is at it again, but this time with no commercials:

WASHINGTON ― The pillow magnate who brought the idea of “martial law” to Donald Trump’s White House in the days after the Jan. 6 assault on the U.S. Capitol and who later promised Trump’s “reinstatement” in August is now planning an election-fraud marathon over the busiest shopping days of the year.

Mike Lindell, a potential witness in the U.S. House select committee’s investigation of the Capitol riot, said that his 96-hour broadcast will coincide with his filing of a long-promised lawsuit directly with the U.S. Supreme Court that will “pull down” the 2020 election and will run from midnight of the Wednesday before Thanksgiving through midnight Sunday.

“We are going to show every single piece of evidence,” he said.

Last time he tried this stunt, a lot of people walked out on him. I wonder how many won't even show up this time?

I am assuming he is just trying to sell his pathetic pillows at this point on Black Friday.

He really is a piece of shit.

It's been interesting. Lindell claims that 18 retailers have dropped MyPillow from their stores because of "cancel culture". Several of the retailers gave interviews saying they dropped his producted because of low sales numbers.

It's hard to understand what his motivation is. Is it People's Temple style cult devotion? Or is it some sort of weird toxoplasmosis-style mental disorder?

Of course Mike never thought of consumers choices with a nut job. Consumers made a choice and made your product a statement to avoid. They will all come back in a future date again and again. Lindell is such a nut job. The poor thing has to worry about to being back broke again after the lawsuit he is facing.

He said in the article that there would be no advertising like last time. It will be interesting to see how this one goes down. (Like a load of bricks, I should imagine.)

That period happens to coincide with “Black Friday” and the adjacent weekend ― typically the busiest shopping days of the holiday season, but Lindell said none of the programming would contain any advertising for his MyPillow line of products.

He also said he was going to present every single piece of evidence they have. Didn't he do that last time?

^ Are his previous shenanigans admissible in court? I've heard of one or two incidents. *titter titter*.

It depends on what the charges are and the jurisdiction in which he's charged. Prior acts are generally only admissible to demonstrate a pattern of behavior. That list of charges doesn't seem to indicate that's where the prosecutor is going. My guess is that there's no question they did it, just if that list was criminal or not.

Even if they get a slap on the wrist, any guilty verdict would open them up to a butt load of civil prosecution. Every person called could conceivably sue for damages.

Girlfriend is so touchy about the subject because she really really wants a big, fat, veiny throbber breaking down the backdoor.

Why is it the right is populated with self loathing bossy bottoms?

While Teddy our lord and savior is off dueling Muppets, Gregg is on a CRUSADE!!!!

Texas Governor Greg Abbott on Wednesday called on the state's education regulatory agencies to investigate the presence of what he called pornographic books in school libraries...

No doubt "pornography" is going to include anything containing positive depictions of Black, Brown, LGBTQ, Women, and anyone else unacceptable to the white, male, bigots.

That is hilarious. Those kids have internet, which means they have already seen the rankest porn out there. Gov. Abbott wants to "protect" them? Just too funny.

Gov. Abbott thinks he's going to get the trogs to nominate him in '24.

Fucking idiot.

It's been something of a mystery why South Dakotan governor Kristi Noem has risen out of nowhere to be one of the most strident Trump-y Republican politicians. South Dakota is a low population state - they have less than 900,000 people which is about the same number of people who live in San Francisco, by comparison. Yet, Noem gets a disproportionate amount of attention for her libertarian, anti-government positions.

It's becoming clearer now where the money is coming from that brought a person like Kristi Noem to power...

Pandora papers reveal South Dakota’s role as $367bn tax haven [The Guardian]
South Dakota is sheltering billions of dollars in wealth, some linked to individuals and companies accused of financial crimes or serious wrongdoing, according to documents in the Pandora papers.

The files suggest the US midwestern state now rivals Switzerland, Panama, the Cayman Islands and other famous tax havens as a premier venue for the international rich seeking to protect their assets from local taxes or the authorities.

Wealthy foreign individuals and their families are moving millions of dollars to South Dakota trust funds, which enjoy some of the world’s most powerful legal protections from taxes, creditors and prying eyes.

The great American tax haven: why the super-rich love South Dakota [The Guardian]
Super-rich people choose between jurisdictions in the same way that middle-class people choose between ISAs: they want the best security, the best income and the lowest costs. That is why so many super-rich people are choosing South Dakota, which has created the most potent force-field money can buy – a South Dakotan trust. If an ordinary person puts money in the bank, the government taxes what little interest it earns. Even if that money is protected from taxes by an ISA, you can still lose it through divorce or legal proceedings. A South Dakotan trust changes all that: it protects assets from claims from ex-spouses, disgruntled business partners, creditors, litigious clients and pretty much anyone else. It won’t protect you from criminal prosecution, but it does prevent information on your assets from leaking out in a way that might spark interest from the police. And it shields your wealth from the government, since South Dakota has no income tax, no inheritance tax and no capital gains tax.

Awwww. The poor dears.

But wait! There's more!!

QAnon Crowd Super Bummed That JFK Jr. Did Not Appear in Dallas (Daily Beast; November 2, 2021)

Reading the article, these people are as far away from reality as they are from the Kuiper Belt.

AHA! I kept thinking how they could come up with this nonsense and then it clicked - someone in QAnon watches GENERAL HOSPITAL:rotflmao::rotflmao::rotflmao:

For awhile now we have seen assumed dead residents of Port Charles alive and well being held on Cassadine Island in a torture prison. For a soap opera it is a great idea to rehire and resurrect characters and actors after they killed them on the show.
