Ah, Andy Ogles. Someone thought that it would be a good idea to have Andy Ogles [R-TN] introduce a "Make Greenland Great Again" bill in the House, and an even greater idea to have him debate a Greenland politician on the merits.

The local newspaper in Ogles' district once published an article about Ogles that had the title: "Stupidity as a tactic, lifestyle, or default state of being?".

He really is one of the stupidest men in the US Congress and it is scary to think that yahoos like him are making policy that affects not only people in the US but globally.

He is one of the reasons for the building 'Make America Go Away' sentiment in other countries around the world and why the US should maybe stick to its own knitting.

Five teenage boys who attend an exclusive private school in Las Vegas are being investigated for sexually assaulting a male classmate with a flute. The boys filmed the assault and uploaded it to Snapchat.

It happened during a field trip through the Alexander Dawson School to Costa Rica last April, according to a Las Vegas Metro police arrest report.

The judge was so appalled by the details of the assault that she has certified one of the boys to be tried as an adult. The boy, Vaughan Griffith, is 15 years old and is the eighth grade class president at his school.

The teen who police said recorded the video, Vaughn Griffith, is charged in adult court. He is 15. Police said Griffith was 14 at the time of the attack.

A grand jury indicted Griffith, a golf champion who was elected class president, for possession of a visual presentation depicting sexual conduct of a child, according to court records.

Police identified four teenagers and said Griffith appeared to record the video of the sexual assault.

Among other items, the sexual assault included the use of a flute, as the victim is heard crying and screaming in pain, according to the report.

What's actually happening...

The Fulton County raids were conducted under a sealed order that only a limited number of attorneys should be privy to. Gabbard is not an attorney and should have no knowledge of the content of the court action that prompted the raid. Having Gabbard there is a big liability and has the potential to get the DOJ in trouble with the court.
