Same. Your supposition is dependent upon the reactions to stimuli as being innate. The theory would be that the sexual development would have been influenced by environmental conditions in the nurturing of the child.
That also requires you to explain how and why the women are more fluid in sexuality, why their attraction isn't limited to women or men exclusively.
