For the past few months or so I haven't been in the mood for sex, so I sort of stopped caring about what I ate. To cut a long story short, things have picked up for me and I'm in the mood for sex again lol.
I've started eating healthy food again but I'm having a bit of a problem with my... bodily functions. Let's just say garbage in, garbage out. Generally I eat healthy food all day - if I ever eat junk food anymore it's usually at night, because I get home from work late and I'm not in the mood to spend an hour cooking so I'll grab some chicken nuggets from McDonalds or something.
Every day this week I've eaten a high-fibre breakfast cereal for breakfast and a healthy lunch (usually a ham and salad sub from Subway). Dinner, as I said, is usually something healthy (like tonight I cooked myself some salmon) or something like chicken nuggets from McDonalds, which I always thought was pretty good in terms of food from McDonalds.
Am I doing something wrong? Does anybody have any tips for keeping things "back there" running smoothly?
