For the past few months or so I haven't been in the mood for sex, so I sort of stopped caring about what I ate. To cut a long story short, things have picked up for me and I'm in the mood for sex again lol.

I've started eating healthy food again but I'm having a bit of a problem with my... bodily functions. Let's just say garbage in, garbage out. Generally I eat healthy food all day - if I ever eat junk food anymore it's usually at night, because I get home from work late and I'm not in the mood to spend an hour cooking so I'll grab some chicken nuggets from McDonalds or something.

Every day this week I've eaten a high-fibre breakfast cereal for breakfast and a healthy lunch (usually a ham and salad sub from Subway). Dinner, as I said, is usually something healthy (like tonight I cooked myself some salmon) or something like chicken nuggets from McDonalds, which I always thought was pretty good in terms of food from McDonalds.

Am I doing something wrong? Does anybody have any tips for keeping things "back there" running smoothly? !oops!

I don't have a specific diet tips, but an observation: it can take a while for your body to get used to new food. Give it a week or so for things to settle down whenever you make a big change.

I have very bitchy innards, for me its more like 2-3 weeks.

I was actually wondering the same thing.
I just moved into college and I guess the drastic change to the college food has upset my digestive system.
(Well, either that or nerves)
=)
It's been a little over a week now and things are getting better, so, I guess time is just a big factor too.
But if anybody does have any diet tips, those would be greatly appreciated.

Fruit, raw vegetables, high fiber cereals. Lots of roughage. Nothing processsed.

Bottoms need their asses to be clean which means their shit needs to be solid. Mushy shit means a messy ass.

I'd recommend a diet high in natural fiber, and to avoid processed, sticky stuff like flour; high fructose corn syrup; peanut butter, etc.

Instead of wheat or white bread, try 100% whole grain. They also make whole-grain pasta.

The human digestive tract is intended to handle fruits, vegetables, lean meat, nuts, grains, legumes etc. Try to eat more of those, and you'll notice your digestion and elimination will be a LOT better than what you're used to; a natural bowel movement is solid, effortless and leaves very little or no "mess" inside of the rectum and colon.

as already stated lots of raw fruit (with the peal on) and vegetables. High fiber diets do not include Mc nuggets. In fact those have pretty much zero nutritional value at all. Drink lots of water too.

Due to being shot in the abdomen I am prone to having bowel obstructions and my intestine has twisted a couple of times. Yes. It's as much fun as it sounds. I use a fiber supplement every day. I drink a big glass of metamucil and lots of water.

Steven.

All Bran Original contains the most non-soluble fiber of all the cereals. It is also the lowest carbohydrate cereal. Believe me, it will keep you clean.

If the foods you are eating aren't working completely, then consider cleaning out your ass before you bottom. Obviously the timing of it can be tricky but I think it's worth having peace of mind that you're clearn.

Even with a good diet, some people don't get the desired results. Certain drugs and supplements can interfere (iron, ibuprofen). For some people, chocolate causes constipation (Nature is cruel). Products like Metamucil are good for changing the consistency (both meanings of the word) - they don't necessarily make more bowel movements. Get the kind without sweeteners (plain ground psyllium husk). And as someone else here said, drink a lot of water. Everyone should get half their weight in ounces. For example, 200 pounds = 100 ounces of water per day.
