Araucaria Appreciation Thread

Good Monday afternoon Andrew, Dan, and Gary! (*8*) :therethere:

Dan, let that cowboy lasso me, tie me down, and have his way with me!*|**|*:bj::bj::fellate::sex::hump:

Well, we've got subtropical storm Nicole, with a hurricane watch here. Right now they're showing it coming in right at West Palm Beach. That means a rainy and windy week. And I'm going to have to make a decision whether to close the accordion shutters on my house. It takes a couple of hours to do, and I was hoping to avoid it this year. ](*,) It could mean trouble your way, Dan, if you get flooding rains and the grounds are still saturated and you still have standing water from Ian.

Gary, the snowbirds are coming down, so the alligators should be well-fed from their errant pets. Speaking of which, the gators should be happy with Florida's iguana population explosion, if they find them tasty. And yes, we now have coyotes in Florida, though I've never seen them in my area, but small dogs and cats are in danger in the places where they live.

I live in the hills, not much chance for flooding here, I just don't want the fucking electric to go out.

Good Friday morning, Dan! (*8*) :therethere:

I'd love to kiss that man's face, run my fingers through his blond hair, and have him take me!(*8*):therethere:*|**|*:sex::fellate::bj::hump:

Well, Nicole was just like getting hit in the face with a wet rag, no big deal. I'm glad I didn't bother to put up the shutters, saved myself a lot of work for nothing. You must live north and west of Orlando if you're in the hills. For the rest of you, Florida's hills will be no big deal, but for us locals, any place that's not table-top flat is impressive.

(*8*) Good morning, John

Hills? In Florida? When I worked there it seemed most of the state was about 6 inches above high tide.

That is good you didn't get your feet wet, only your face with that wet rag :lol2:

Enjoy the weekend

Good evening, John. Good to hear the storm spared you. I hope you have a calm weekend (*8*)

(*8*) Good afternoon, John

Hope you survived Monday morning.

Good Monday afternoon Gary, Paul, RM, Christian, and Andrew! (*8*) :therethere:

RM, that man is really looking good, like come visit!:sex:*|*:bj::fellate::hump:

Christian, that guy is so hot he doesn't need a sauna!*|*:bj::hump::fellate::sex:

Gary, I see you're sending pics of the rabbit flesh showing. Yes, there is a small ridge running down the middle of interior Central Florida. Not very impressive if you come from a place with mountains, but it's a nice change for the rest of us who live in places that are flat and low.

My Monday is going OK. I got plenty of coffee at the restaurant this morning with a bunch of guys from the local old farts club. And this afternoon I'm making phone calls and sending emails for things I need to do. I scheduled my annual termite inspection, pretty important to do down here.

Happy Thursday morning, guys!

Well, the temperature might not hit 80 degrees today, the first time that's happened in a long time, with a predicted high of 78. A pleasant change.

I'm probably going to take it easy today, going to lunch at the local senior center (am I really getting that old?). Speaking of aging, I'm turned 65 soon, and I have to go through all the information on getting Medicare establish. They sure made it a lot more complicated than it needs to be. So far I'm reasonably healthy, with no real health concerns, but that's bound to change at some point.

(*8*) Good afternoon, John

I have been to Bok Tower in central Florida several times. It is a lovely place and is it 295 feet above sea level, one of the highest places in Florida. We have higher speed bumps on our roadways :rotflmao:

It is a lovely place and the music played on the tower's 60-bell carillon every day at noon is delightful.

^I LOVE that place! It is a beautiful and peaceful place to visit. It is about an hour east of Tampa, and I used to go there all the time when I lived there. It's a great alternative to the overcrowded theme parks and beaches that the bulk of the tourists flock to.

Hi John sounds like your weather is good... except where I'm at it's getting cold and we've had little snow but it hasn't stayed... 👋

Good Saturday morning Andrew and Christian! (*8*) :therethere:

Christian, that's a hot guy you posted there! Sorry, I can't help it, but the way he's scratching, it makes me wonder if he has crabs!

Well, it looks like today will be a good weather day, but starting tomorrow we're supposed to have three days of rain. Hopefully it will clear up by Thanksgiving.

Happy Saturday John! (*8*)

(*8*) Hi, John.

Where are you hiding? Staying out of the rain?
