Are You Afraid Of Spiders?

I'm scared of spidees, I can't bear to be in the same room as them.

I'm fascinated by them at the same time, I love watching spider docos on T.V.

A love/hate relationship, I guess.

I love spiders, snakes, rats, mice, toads, frogs, and virtually all of the other animals that lots of people dislike. Although, to be fair, I live in a country where nothing is dangerously venemous.

When arachnophobia came out.My friends and me were all afraid after watching this movie. If you are afraid of spiders and you watch this movie you will freak out for sure.

If in a movie theres spiders.I will not watch when spiders are there because it s to hard to watch.

I remember watching this movie and being so scared that I turned it off less than half way through. It is the most terrifying movie I've ever seen.

not afraid of spiders but my house is full of them.

everytime i clean (once a week) i feel like i'm committing genocide cuz they're so many of them. I guess thats what i get for living iwth 2 lazy str8 dudes who don't clean.

I love spiders. In Australia we have some of the coolest most amazing spiders. My favourite is the Red-Back Spider. It has such a pretty look and it can be deadly and its about the size of a pearl, so you have to respect that. Its odd but teh only creepy crawly that really freaks me out are cockroaches. they just look and sound gross and spread disease. But I love spiders.

Have you ever seen a Funnel Web spider? They are the deadliest spiders in the world, and their fangs can puncture through steel-toe boots.

Before I went with Fratmen to shoot Alumni Weekend 5: Australia, a friend of mine told me "remember that everything in Australia is poisonous and will kill you."

The top ten most poisonous spiders are all indiginous to Australia.

So when we got to the set to shoot the movie, two of the guys found a tarantula-sized spider in their bedroom. They killed it. I didn't sleep much in Austrlaia.

I'm afraid of three things. Spiders, Heights and.. um... never mind.

vaginas?

But Jasun is right, nearly everything in Australia is very venomous and likely fatal. The Funnel Web spider and the Box Jellyfish come to mind.

I'm scared of any spider that might resemble the black widow. Or the brown recluse. All other spiders are just annoying to look at.

Tarantulas, however, don't bother me in the least.

Yeah, I hate Brown Recluses. They do actually like to bite people unprovoked. They love getting in your house and actually try to bite you. I've only seen 1 Black Widow in my life, but I hate those also.

I used to have a tarantula as a pet. And yes, everything in Australia is poisonous. The box jellyfish, the Funnel Web, the Taipan.. the list keeps going

I LIKE spiders. When I find one in nmy house I leave it. I used to have a house infested with brown recluses...found them everywhere...sometimes we'd catch them and make them fight, or we'd blow pot smoke in the jar and get them high. Yes i know how dangerous they are. But they're shy!

Recently I had a pad with a black widow spider living outside my front door. I'd catch moths inside and drop them in her web. Her I wasn't worried about...but I was extra careful I didn't run into any of her sisters.

I keep and am deeply attached to a tarantula I dound on my side porch (actually, one of my marine buddies found it and it's named after him--Ralphie). I want to hold him but I'm actually more afraid for him than of him...if he drops, he could break. He's a total sweetheart, cuter than any gerbil as far as I'm concerned.

tarantulas are easy going spiders. Black widow's venom is 15 time stronger than a rattlesnakes but they also can't pump as much venom as rattlesnakes do. The one outside your front door, if you don't bug her she'll leave ya alone.

It should be noted that most black widow bites in the olden days happened in outhouses.... remember to look before you sit.

I don't care for spiders. The little spiders that don't harm you, or the daddy long legs (I don't know the actual name) are cool, and if I find them in my house I just bring them outside. Now if we're talking a Tarantula or a Brown Recluse and any other crazy ass spider I'll scream and run. The bugs I really hate are Wasps and Hornets/Yellow Jackets. I was stung as a kid and have been traumatized ever since. It's sad really.

they scare the shit out of me.

one time i made my roomate die of laughing cuz i yelled and ran out of the bathroom when i saw a tiny spider....

lol

vaginas?

But Jasun is right, nearly everything in Australia is very venomous and likely fatal. The Funnel Web spider and the Box Jellyfish come to mind.

blue ringed octopus, cone shell, Snakes; king brown, death adder ect. and the platypus has an extremly painful sting

but in the wild i have only seen redbacks and a few king browns

I'm not afraid of spiders. I won't kill one--will only carry it outside.

I especially enjoy jumping spiders. They will interact with you because their eyesight is so acute. I especially admire the larger ones, black, hairy, with an beautiful metallic emerald spot on their back. I catch them on my finger or hand and they seem as curious about me as I am about them.
