do you like GRAPE SODA???

and a little birdie told me you have a PA, what gauge is it if I may inquire?

You said WAY back in this thread that you ask the guys not to cum for at least 3 or 4 days before filming. Has anyone ever been too "quick on the draw" in the first minutes of filming? How did you edit this?

did you have fantasies of Ben Mulroney when you were on that show with him?

did you know that talkTV has morphed into MTV Canada?

do you miss Toronto?

Yes.

There have been a few ways to deal with it.

With Jarred, we shot the cum shot first and then the rest of the movie. With Bart we just did our best to throw the montage together. With Trey, we sent him home and brought him back two weeks later, put him in the same speedo, arranged the leaves on the ground in the same way, waited for the exact same position of the sun and shot the cum shot then.

Members had fun trying to guess where the edit jumped forward 14 days.

It happens a lot... nothing you can do.. we go out of our way to make sure the guys don't feel bad about it.

No. I really liked him and he was a lot of fun to hang with and all but he's just not my type. I DID however kinda want the sound guy who never showed up on camera.

did you know that talkTV has morphed into MTV Canada?

Yes. I was asked if I'd be interested in being the gay metal head VJ, actually. But I had already left Canada to come work for Fratmen. I did like the idea of being a gay metal head VJ, though. It was fun to be recognized as "that gay rocker" on the streets of Toronto and reading fan mail from people who said they never thought they could come out because they thought all gay guys were big queens until they saw me on TV was cool. But that being said, being a TV star in Canada pays shit.

do you miss Toronto?

yes. but not the weather.

Being a pornographer, what is your opinion about the current trend for barebacking within the industry?

Where do you personally think the responsibility ultimately lies, in the consumer, the pornographer/studio or the individual/actor?

So how was the switch from the old to new Fratpad?

Chaotic.

But it's meant that I've got a lot more time at Fratmen to concentrate on other projects. Now that I'm not a 5-minute motorcycle ride away from the pad, Leo has taken an even larger role.

This means that he and I have to work a bit closer (we spend about an hour on the phone every week) and prepare graphics and images for ads and banners and promo. It also means he's got to be the director of photography for the Fratpad antics which is sad for me since that was one of my favorite things to do.

But what it means for me is that I have time to do stuff I never had time to do like get our movies on PlaygirlTV and get more content out to promoters. We've also got a line of Fratpad Antics DVDs coming out.. so that's pretty fun.

It takes a village.

Honestly, my opinion on bareback is rather multifaceted. Studios that openly use HIV positive models who are older and know what they're doing.. not something I support morally but it's something that I can't really condemn, either.

Studios that use un-tested models or younger models who are ignorant as to the chances they're really taking.. I think we should throw them face-first in the wood chipper. As you all know, I have a younger brother who's made some very bad decisions in his life. It doesn't mean that I love him any less, but it means that from time to time I need to step in and be the big brother.

Saying that models who are 18 years old are "adults who can make their own decisions" is a cop-out.

18 year-old men are notorious for making bad decisions and we as the experienced, older men need to step in and stop it, not grab the camera and start filming. I can't shave with my eyes closed so I have to look at myself in the mirror every morning.

The consumer also needs to get a grip. I remember there was a thread recently where someone suggested that Fratmen should start to shoot bareback movies so we can "breed those boys." I wanted to go after that poster with a sledge hammer. I have to hold back a lot here from telling people what I really think. When I tell people what I really think, I tend to start flame wars and that just leads to more phone calls. But yeah.. people who support sites with "twinks" barebacking are certainly part of the problem.

Oh, and I love ChiChi LaRue and anyone who wants to say something bad about her can deal with me.

Is there any particularly most-humorous (and surprising) thing you can think of, that ever happened during a shoot? And, if so, was it kept on the video, or edited out?

this.

And hell no, we didn't edit it out. It's the best, most "Fratmen" ending to the best movie we've ever done.

John came running downstairs with a proud look on his face to show the end of the movie and asked if we needed to re-shoot it (he was kidding but I didn't know it just yet).

I watched it through the lens of of the camera and we looked at each other with that look that you only get when you know you've just caught lightning in a jar. Moments like that don't come around often.

yeah, I only post in THIS thread and in the porn forum now.

And I don't even post much in the porn forum any more.

Half my threads in there just turn into debates about who's gay/who's not, who's fat/who's not, who's hot/who's not and all sorts of other non-related noise.

Kinda irritating.

You said earlier on that the image of fratmen is a midwestern guy, and in other parts have hinted that they are usually from small towns. My questions are: Do you ever plan on having a blatantly ethnic guy, and because you value the "Experience", are you biased against guys from bigger cities, who are probably more traveled and stuff?

I don't understand what you mean by "blatantly ethnic."

We'll take hot men where we can find them but for some reason we've had a lot of luck with guys from smaller towns in the South. Seems that guys who are out in nature a bit more have better bodies. Seems like a pretty good idea to get out and walk a bit, eh?

Well, I mean you have guys done guys that are ethnic, but that are mixed, and tend to have features that more dominantly reflect their caucasian ancestry than their other ancestry. Pardon me, that was really bad wording, my diction is off today =[.
