There was one called "Sweaty Palms" that I remember. There's also a really bad one called Dante's Cove which was a cool idea but suffered from bad execution.

To be honest, I doubt it could ever work. People don't watch porn for stories.. Yes, a bit of a dramatic set up can be hot but seeing porn performers struggle through dialogue and stories which are just meant to lead to the sex would get tiresome very quickly.

People who want to see porn want to see sex and naked people.. people who want story want story.

People get really weird about their porn.. if it isn't JUST perfect they're going to loudly complain. And let's not forget that no matter how fucking pretentious a "real" director is and how good he might think he is... Mainstream directors can't make porn.

Look at how bad "Short Bus" was. That was the worst made porn movie I could imagine.. anyone who liked that movie is as much of a loser at the game of life as the characters in it.

What isn't?

DRM is supposed to do two things.

It's supposed to allow your paying customers to view your content and it's supposed to stop people you are NOT paying customers from viewing it.

It fails on both sides.

When we were using DRM our stuff was all over ********** and the Torrents but we had lots of members who were unable to make the DRM work.

now that we don't we have no more content that's been pirated but membership is up.. WAY up.

DRM is a scam.. members of your site pay you for your content and should be able to download it and keep it. They should be able to take it with them.. on their iPhone, on their lap top and to Mom's place where there's no internet connection. The days of wringing as much money out of your members is long gone... people expect to have the membership experience be more than just a new movie every week..

If your site is good and worth joining.. they'll join it.. if it isn't... they won't. DRM isn't going to change that.

But i don't think many people have the luxury to be online to watch porn.

I work in the porn industry.. Those fuckers show up at our conventions and bother us. They call us at the office.. they annoy us. at every stop.

But I'm usually polite.

(that's a lie...)

Hm..

well, that would have been part of my first year of being out.

I was living with my first serious boyfriend and studying to be a jazz singer at Humber in Toronto.

I was VERY focused on school so I was rather unaware of anything like movies or music. I had a pet rat named Bruce.

I loved going to a gay dance club called Komrad's on Isabella street I drank a lot... probably too much. I wore a lot of rugby shirts.

I was out. VERY out.

I would kinda get in the face of anyone who said anything negative about the gay community. My family had not taken my coming out well and I was very steadfast that I wasn't going to crawl back into the closet to make them happy. At the same time, I got annoyed by overly stereotypical gay people... I felt that it was an act and one that gave the gay community a bad and unfair reputation. I knew from looking at my circle of friends that most gay guys were just regular guys...

I lived in a very cool apartment on Yonge street in s hug apartment with 12-foot ceilings and a marble fire place. There was a big huge bathtub with claw feet and big arch windows that looked out onto the street.

I listened to a lot of Billie Holiday.

I have an amazingly fun job that I love and I'm really good at. It allows be to be creative, productive and challenged. I get to travel a lot and meet lots of fun people. I get to do fun things that most people don't even dream of doing and get paid for it.

I'm still young, successful and I get paid pretty damn well. Spectacularly, in fact.

I live in Hollywood like I always wanted to, I spend my free time riding my motorcycle through the mountains for fun, I'm in great shape for a man half my age and I've got a partner who loves me.

I have close friends who love to do the things I love to do and my brother and I have an amazing relationship.

I spent my younger years doing those things that many people wish they'd done. I dated a millionaire at 22 and travelled the world. I wrote for an underground newspaper, I played in band, did some acting, wrote a play, wrote music for TV shows and even wrote a top 40 country hit.

I was a regular on a talk show in Canada (Pretty_Pete even knows me from it).

I live my life on my terms, and even thought I've made some horrible mistakes, they're all mine and I've learned to feel proud when I say "yeah, it was totally my fault."

And most of all, I actually like myself, warts and all. I've forgiven myself for my drinking problem, my out of control ego and the times where I made a total fool of myself in public.

If I died tomorrow and didn't get to see Fratpad turn into what John, Leo and I think it can, it would still all be worth it in the end.

i guess the answer is NO, but i might be wrong.
 
what's the obsession with religion?

My parents are Christians so yeah.. I was in sunday school and went to vacation bible school twice when I was a kid. I even sang in a chapel folk group when I was in high school and performed for high schools, youth groups and even prison inmates.

But I always thought it was just bullshit and never believed a word of it.

my sister's friend is a religous nut, he said he knows Jesus (god) really well and rings me sometimes and Jesus is always on the menu ..;)

u got so much stuff went on there, i thought there was no time for u to be in a bible study group.

i thought bible study group starts late in high school or Uni.
