Austin, Texas Mini Meet Aug 2nd, (Days After)

hey likastar! welcome to the boards. :)

we've done 2 meets in dallas, 2 in san antonio and tomorrow will be 2 in austin. we have a big one planning for next memorial day weekend so keep an eye out for that one. hopefully we'll see you soon!

i guess you could be an accountant or something like that.

what you could do to make it interesting is wear your shirt & tie, rule the known universe with an iron fist and do it all while not wearing any pants. :mrgreen:

Actually my birthday was last Sunday, so I spent last weekend with family.

We picked this weekend because RestlessOne is a Texas transplant, and he's never really seen Austin, and we were all looking for an excuse to get him down there!

However, he resides in Denton, and Dallas is my hometown where I still have family and friends, and a State Fair of Texas Mini-JUB meet is in the works for probably the first weekend in October, and as you know the State Fair of Texas is in Dallas!

So there will be more time for "the good stuff!"

I'm glad to see that your first post in our community of friends here indicates that you're interested in meeting some of the characters here in person!

The more Texas JUBbers the merrier!
