I think safe sex should be practiced. The only time I think it is ok to not wear protection is when you've been in a relationship for a while and know that you can trust each other fully. I waited 3 months before my boyfriend and I did anything unprotected. Protection is a must if you're single and fooling around with a lot of guys.
This isn't really a health-related question, but why is bareback sex such a turn-on for some gay men? I understand the pleasure part or if the person is in a committed relationship, but the risks in my mind out weight the benefits. When I look at gay porn I don't go 'Oh baby, he isn't wearing a condom' If anything that kind of makes me think twice of liking the porn star. Am I alone with this or is this just a negative stereotype in the gay community?
