He can't considered bisexual if he is happily married with a women--and doesn't stray from the relationship. Yet he does. Again, if you get aroused by men--or having sex with them... you might be bi.
So, if you stay in a relationship with someone, does that mean your same sex attraction mystically go away?
No. You choose to not act on it. It doesn't change your orientation which is your same sex/opposite sex/both sex attraction.
Unless you consider celibate ex- gays not gay since they choose to not to have sex or get into relationships with men even though they have same sex attraction.
