As for weight, 135 pounds isn't that much. I normally try to lift as heavy as I can. right now I'm going light to help reinforce good form and build back up to where i was.


I rarely (if ever) take photos anymore, but I figured i owed you guys something.

I have mentioned in another threade how I would like to revisit Canada..THIS makes it all the more enticing!!

I enjoyed reading the log - you look great! I'm sure this has been asked elsewhere, but if anyone could help -- why do you alternate between the whey and the casein protein? I use mostly whey, and I've been seeing okay results, but I'm looking to take it up a notch.

Great - that really helps. I've been seeing pretty good gains just sort of haphazardly going at this, but my next step is to develop a weekly diet/workout plan, so that will really be useful. Thanks again man!
 
As everyone has said here, you're an inspiration. My only gym equipment is my floor. Keep up the good work. I'll try to have the fortitude you have.
