Sharon (Ian's mom): You should have kept Ian home. He's there to do everything but play the game. Did you see his face when he put on the dog costume? Compare that reaction with him throwing the Veto competition.

I miss Rachel, the red head... remember how she hated floaters? She'd go C-R-A-Z-Y in this house.

Frank's disgusting too. He knows Janelle is going and he did that little bullshit speech about "integrity." Totally classless.

By the way, last night’s episode of Big Brother—which I watched a few minutes of before deleting it, because I think I’m done with this season—tied for the lowest-rated episode in the series’ history (although its 18-49 rating went up 1/10th of a point when final numbers came out). You can perhaps blame that on the women’s volleyball finals on the Olympics last night, which had two American teams battling for gold.

Last night's episode was the lowest rated show in BB history! Yes! I like the ratings' trajectory. "How low can it go?"

If they just let Frank be evicted, Britney would've won keeping Shane safe again. Frank, and 2 other people not aligned with him would've been gone by next week actually giving him a good chance at winning with all the good competitors on his side. Now it's almost impossible for him to win and if he gets evicted next week it'll be the first time I quit watching this show midseason. There aren't enough people left worth rooting for.

And the worst part is is that the floaters, the newbies (minus Shane and Frank) are just floating on without even playing. Ian's eyes lit up when he was told to put on the dog suit yet he doesn't want to play and throws Power of Veto competitions. He's on the wrong fucking show.

Grodner, if she somehow makes it to another season of producing this show, will use Ian in future seasons because he'll anything to be on BB, except actually play the game.
 
Another bad episode. I wished Frank had not won because now I can just see Boogie being an intolerable douche all week. Another crap season by Big Brother. If you were to take Shane and Frank out, it would be a bunch of idiots sitting around.

Grodner said in an interview before this season began that the two hardest things to do each year are selecting a cast and coming up with new twists.

Britney, on SHO AD, said that this year's casting process had dramatically changed from her original season in 2010.

I think they're trying to select an entertaining cast but part of the problem is that too many people have seen the show and know that standing out in the crowd will put a target on you. They also know that once you win HOH and nominate two people you have two enemies right there.

Some of them, like kara and Shane, are just models wanting some face time. At least Shane is winning some comps but he is so struck on himself that I have a hard time liking him.

Jenn's strategy must be to do absolutely nothing and talk as little as possible. Much like kara's.

Joe thinks that cooking for everyone will protect him. Wow, how exciting.

Britney never shuts up and talks trash about everyone in the house and outside the house, including past house guests and even Facebook acquaintances, but cries as soon as anyone does anything to her. She has a wonderful sense of humor, though.

Ian is ridiculous. He's making me nervous just watching him. I don't know how he passed the mental health exam, let alone the casting process.

Willie shouldn't have made it past security or the mental health exam.

Dan is boring. So boring. God is he boring.

Frank is like a gay guy who didn't get finished. He has no sense of humor.

Wil is a restrained version of what I expected him to be.

Boogie is low key compared to past seasons he was on but he does have some brilliant game play.

I hope Ted wins.

I think it was after Kaysar had been out up by Jenn (after the POV) but before he was actually voted out. Which means that Thursday Janelle won HOH and her BB stardom officially began.
 
I don't have a fav. I am angry with Dan for revealing to Boogie that Frank was a goner before the coaches came back in which started the whole distrust with Booger and the others thus leading to Janelle's demise. Danielle is my most hated next to Booger. Frank gets old real fast with all that smiling and low river persona. Ian is such a dud. Maybe this is his game plan but it is so ridiculous. Maybe if he were in a Bowery Boy's flick. Jenn - wholly shit. Who talked to her long enough to not pick up that she has no personality, no charisma and is just unpleasant to look upon for too long. She might have been a fairly attractive girl had she not jumped into a vat of mixed dyes, cut half her hair off that made her look like a villain from Batman. Screaming Joe - eeeeek in the dr. Shane is pleasant enough to look at and he might be a good cuddle buddy for someone he liked and I don't think he is hard up for Danielle. Wil, hmm. Doesn't annoy me as much as he originally did but his betrayal of Janelle after she saved his sorry ass is unforgivable, but he will see that once he is out of the game because I don't think he had an inkling that Shane was after him and might have been gone had Janelle not saved him. Booger is a stain on life and it keeps spreading. Britney of the quip but still is a drip.

I think the big problem with this cast is their lack of BB knowledge save Ian and perhaps Frank. I think the others were recruited in some way. If they knew Booger like I know Booger then Oh Oh No Go that way.
 
Danielle and Shane's "showmance" is definitely all manufactured by the editing. He isn't interested in that wackjob at all, even if he really is straight.

I checked out the feeds the other day and Danielle and Britney were talking and Danielle blurted out as a non-sequitur, "I was kidnapped on a Friday." Then she just kept on talking about how Shane is pushing her away without missing a beat. WTF?
 
No favorites here. However, I'd want someone to win that has played the game or fretted about something which includes all the coaches and Shane. I don't want Frank to win because Allison Grodner wants Frank to win and she's rigging the show to get this to happen.

Britney hasn't done jack shit but she's at least agonized over her decision to vote to evict Janelle after having weighed the pros and cons of doing so.

The newbies' biggest dilemma is choosing between bagels and toast for breakfast.

And lastly on Booger: his face matches his personality. He's still kissing Will Kirby's ass, years later. And dissing a woman too in the meanwhile to brown nose Will. He's a horrible person, but he's more deserving than most of the people in the house. The others are doing this show because unemployment benefits are running out or something.
 
Have they done nominations yet? Last night on AD Frank, Booger and Dan were talking about getting rid of Joe and how to do it. They were talking about putting up Shane and if he won veto then they would put up Brit just so no one else thinks they are working with Brit and Shane. They seem to think the three of them will be final three but no woman along. Dan thinks it is too hard to work with a woman because of his problems with Kara and Danielle being jealous of time he gave to the other. He said if he talked to Kara Danielle would get mad and if he talked to Danielle Kara would get mad. He said he didn't have that problem with Memphis.

I still haven't figured out who Jenn is on the show. I was trying to learn the people's names week one but CBS' BB is way too complex and has only video bios. Fuck that. I'm not scrolling through that.

EVERY BB fansite can't stop talking about what a nutjob Dani is and how she can't tell Shane isn't into her even though it's glaringly obvious. She's obsessed with him and the producers have lamely decided to hide that far more entertaining story and edit is instead to a boring showmance.
