Big Brother 13 CBS

First thirty minutes of show we hear about Frank's dreams, one chick's (can't remember her name) potential, possible job as a doctor and another chick's back spasms.

My goodness. I'm trying to make this show work. But it's becoming impossible. I don't watch much TV and I want this show to work especially with the Olympics going off. I need to stop pinning my hopes each summer on watching Big Brother.
 
As suspected, Frank has been considering backdooring Dan. Ian is working hardcore to prevent this from happening and going about it in a fairly intelligent way imo. I'll be curious to see if they can stave it off and equally curious to see what'll happen if Dan and Wil is on the block. They'll need Joe, Ashley, or Jenn to jump on their side vote wise.
 
As expected Frank is pitching the idea of backdooring Dan to Boogie and Boogie is trying to dissuade him. This conversation will probably decide his fate.

No surprise here. It was obvious that Frank would want Dan or Shane out. Which is exactly why I said it was NOT in Dan's best interest to keep Frank and boot Janelle. The latest news is that the DR tipped off Dan about the backdoor plan, he talked to Frank and now Frank is back on the Wil/Joe train. So Backdoor Dan isn't likely going to happen but still, he came unnecessarily close to elimination. If Janelle were in the game this week -- whether she won HOH or not -- Dan wouldn't even be a target factor.

BTW expect Boogie to smugly take all the credit for keeping Dan this week when actually it was Dan (tipped off by the DR) who talked to Frank and spooked him into retreating. Expect the producers to go ahead with the Chilltown edit though.
 
The good thing about Frank blabbing to the Silent Six that he wanted to backdoor Dan and then retreating is that it leaves the door wide open for the rest of them to turn against him next week. Here's to hoping one of them wins HOH, puts up Frank with Boogie as pawn, Frank wins POV and the target shifts to Boogie.
 
Veto Meeting has past and Noms are the same. Brit is telling Dan about the last minute backdoor attempt (which would've been Frank's best move honestly.) and it's more or less firming up that the foursome will be gunning for Frank and Boogie next week and it might inspire Dan to try harder on upcoming comps.

Honestly, even if Dan hadn't spoken to Frank I think he would've been fine. Boogie, who has Dan's back because he feels he needs him there, and Ian pretty much saved Dan's ass. I mean Frank tried to float the idea to both and both pretty handedly told him that it was a very bad idea. Frank's gut clearly told him to go with Dan but Boogie and Ian persuaded him otherwise. Frank wanted to knock out Dan and then rope in Shane and Danielle... which probably wouldn't be bad if he was willing to kick Booger to the curb. Either way I'm relieved Dan made it through.

Also Ian gets major props for not being caught up being a double agent and the quack pack wisely laid low instead of scrambling to all argue and save him.

BOTH of these developments pleases me greatly. Wil is such an annoying twat and I hope he goes this week so he can find out how much Janelle was actually protecting him (and that he sucks at this game even though he kept insisting he could play without a coach). And I hope Boogie gets the boot next week (with Frank winning POV) thereby preventing him from even making the jury so that

1) Everyone will know that Boogie only won All Stars because of Will
2) I will be happy
3) Janelle will be happy.

LMAO. I could do a season strike if I was made the write about the feeds. That's Guantanamo Bay level torture since the condensed show we see on TV is awful. I can only imagine it in real time.
 
Remember how Danielle said Janelle was her biggest source of anxiety in the house and how once Janelle was gone she'd be able to relax and be normal?

Well right now she's complaining to Dan that Shane said Daniele Donato is pretty and he wants to meet her. She's totally pissed about it, saying she wants to go off on him for purposely trying to make her jealous. She's also claiming that she's the one who saved Dan from the block (because Frank didn't want to "upset her") and she's saying that Shane is jealous of her relationship with Dan and he's threatened by their closeness. She's also been complaining about Ian quite a bit, saying feels like Ian has taken her place as Dan's #1 and she wants Dan to quit hanging out with him so much.

So in short, even without Janelle, she's still batshit crazy.

I'm not liking it at all. Part of my continued watching it is because I want to see how Boogie and Dan lose this game since I dislike them both. The other 50 percent of the reason I watch this show, even if it's a few minutes each show, is that I look forward to this show all year. I want it to be interesting.
 
It is Frank's game to lose at this point and since he has Boogie hanging tightly to his hemrhoids (sp) it might propel Booger into the final too and I would hate that so much. At this point my vote is for Shane. He is such a level headed guy and goes about his business without a lot of angst or blow ups. Too bad he is being chased by the bitch from stalker hell. He does do a fairly good job of keeping her at arms length but that girl is seriously flawed and Dan is stuck with her - her jealousy - her rationale that is moonbeams off the wall. I like Ian but his lackluster personality is hard to listen to for any length of time.

And nobody ever thinks of Jenn.
 
Man, how much worse would this season be if we didn't have Danielle to point at and ridicule? :P
