The best part of that convo is that GM is outright telling Amanda she's not the target this week, but the bitch is just too angry/upset/crazy to get it. LOL.
 
Oh! Pepper, since I remember you making a TLC joke about GM and her scrubs, did you know that on the official CBS profile's "pick three adjectives to describe yourself" question, GM picks "crazy, sexy and cool" to describe herself? LOL. She has one of the three right, at least.

She has already asked McC if he will vote for her. He said 'it depends.' I hope she doesn't pussy the save from him. She is a pretty dominate and probably stalking woman. And she is like a leech stuck to him. She is always all over him while he lies there playing dead.
 
The best part about Amanda going home is how LOL it is to the lunatic fringe of BB viewers who never stop with the conspiracy theories. What happened to Amanda being removed from the show on Thursday? I guess that "inside info" went the same way as that the hand that pushed Helen off her platform. :rolleyes:

The funny thing is, Amanda totally has the skill and intelligence to get out of this -- she could for example out Andy, form an alliance with GM and a couple others and whip up some anti-Andy the rat fervor so GM backdoors him (Dan would have done something like that). But she won't because she's too blinded by self-pity and fury to see the one shot she may have left. That and she's spent so much of the game pissing everyone off, they'll just be glad to be rid of her.
 
I honestly wonder how different this whole season would've been had America not put her up those two weeks. She was in such a good spot before she turned into lady Macbeth. Of course someone like that was bound to crack at some point but I wonder if she would've been too far ahead for it to matter had she not started her descent so early in the game.
 
I think that's a great question and yet another example of how these stupid twists screw up the natural flow of the game. If the point is to give "America" what it wants every fucking season, why not just scrap the whole social strategy part of the game and let America decide the eviction each week? Oh right, they did that Season 1 and it sucked.

To be fair, I think a BB1-style season would work better now than then because A) that was the most sane, rational cast ever assembled for BB US... so that obviously wouldn't happen again and B) America's sensibilities have evolved past the days of summer 2000 where Survivor Borneo and BB1 were pretty much the only reality shows ever seen outside of MTV. Other than the crazy cat ladies I think a lot more RTV viewers these days prefer drama and fights over boring competent people staring at each other.
 
I think other than scaling back the overboard twists, what they should do is not reveal the vote margin. People would be less scared to "go against the house" and you might actually have some surprising evictions.

It pays to be friends with the producer of the show. It's so unethical that Allison Grodner would allegedly put in a friend on the show and then see her through like this.
 
There is something to be said about a person who deliberately tries to harm another person. If you try to kill someone and don't succeed it is attempted murder. I am sure there must be laws of the books that define intent to harm.

I actually REALLY like that idea and see, at least your suggestion is working within the established framework (i.e. a game of social strategy) rather than trying to impose something from outside (the coup, the MVP, America's Player etc).

Right but 1) the crazy cat ladies are the bulk of what we call "America" when we talk about the people who vote for things on BB and 2) Amanda, GM and Candice brought all the drama this season and "America" didn't like any of them and would've voted them all out early.

I'd like a GM, Elissa and Judd f 3, and as the boys have done in the past, the girls drop Judd and go f2 together.

Are we sure Amanda is sane?

GM gave some of the best moments of the season and had a great poker face with McManda.

Andy and Spencer were agreeing to get Elissa out next and not McC. Andy said he didn't want McC going anywhere. I think I would be highly suspicious if i were listening to that as Spencer was.
 
I don't understand the people who say Amanda gets a "good edit." She's complete trash and a terrible person. She tries so hard in the Diary Room to come off like some kind of expert at manipulating people but couldn't see how obvious it was that she and McRae were going up.

On a side note, I had a great laugh at McRanda's reactions to their nominations and the Diary Room tears afterward.

Well, an insider posted that the executive producer of Big Brother and Amanda have known each other for years and are friends. So, the edits have been favorable to many people who follow what happens off the televised show. Amanda has made tons of racist and homophobic remarks. And CBS allowed her to chastise Arryn for doing the same thing: being racist and homophobic. Her alleged friendship with the executive producer is probably why they made Arryn the racist scapegoat for a season full of racists with Amanda being the biggest racist/homophobe of them all.
