Big Brother 17 is coming in just 13 days.

It's official. Clay used the veto on himself and Crack Face Vanessa replaced him with Jason.

Yup. It just makes every week repetitive when a major alliance has double the chances of winning one of the HOH spots each week. One of the best ideas BB ever had was an HOH not being able to compete in a consecutive HOM comp, which allowed for a different reign each week. Ever since BOB was installed, it's been impossible for a minority alliance to gain power even for one week. And sometimes that week can be crucial. Just imagine the possibilities if Jackie had been sole HOH this week. Or hell if DONNY had been sole HOH last year (since he was the only one willing to go after Derrick).

I'd like to say thank god it's Jason and not Jackie on the block but with this stupid BOB, it's only a matter of time before Jackie gets the boot too. Which means despite having women with personalities in the house like the Dae, Audrey and Jackie, the last three women standing will likely be Crack Face, Train Face and Clay's Mom.

lol crack face train face LMAO

another bad season back to back so far

fyi JACKIE is not playing, drilling vanessa and shelli in HOH

why they put up jason

They put up Jason because Vanessa listened to Austin and dropped her feelings of betrayal by him and she couldn't come up with anyone else to back door. Geez, what a frigging bummer.

I guess it says a lot about Becky's non-existent role in this season that I totally forgot her story about being hit in the face by the train and was wondering why Sgt Pepper was calling the twins "Train Face."

Clay's Mom! Bahahhahahahahaha.

She has a major horse face as well.

I'm assuming the twins will be Nadria-d at some point. I mean, these people can't be THAT stupid right?

After Thursday's eviction, they are both individual players. They had to survive 5 evictions and they are safe this week (due to BOB win).

Which sadly answers my question: these people really are that stupid.

Vanessa had the numbers to get rid of Austin if she were to have put him up. Now Austin knows that he's on her expendable list and with Jiz  and anyone else in the house that was allied with Jason, he could attempt a power move to get her out. Even though Austin said he thought Julia was expendable, Liz won't stray from him, and Julia will stick with Liz/same side of the house as her. I really think Vanessa made a huge mistake to not cut away at that 3 person alliance, and I won't be sorry to see her go. God, I was so hopefully she'd have stuck with the plan to get him out...I can't stand him. Now I can't stand her...again.

It's not that I like Jason all that much but there are so many others that should be going. I hope there is a revolt in the house and Becky goes. I wanted Jason to get to jury, that's all I wanted for him.

We FINALLY get another Maggie/Ivette/April villainess trio in Shelli/Vanessa/Liz but there's no Janelle in sight to tussle with them. Then again, Janelle didn't have to deal with BOB.

Janelle would have won every HOH/BOB cycle and yelled "Bye bye bitches!" after she evicted the puppets from the opposing alliance each week.

Even she couldn't have contended with the BOB, slip. All the dominant alliance has to do is win one of the HOH spots each week (and both the Sixth Sense and the Nerd Herd are capable of doing that) and then put up one of their own to throw the BOB so the other HOH (i.e. Janelle) gets dethroned. The BOB has basically made it foolproof for a strong alliance to remain in power each week. Though it would be hilarious if say Jackie and Vanessa had both put up people to throw BOB so they could remain in power and everyone just ended up standing around during the BOB comp. LOL. Maybe that would get production to end it? "Houseguests...please stop throwing the comp."

Seriously though, the only thing that could give this season a jolt (other than, you know, ENDING FUCKING BOB) would be for the next comp to be endurance. James and Jackie lasted longest in the first endurance so maybe they could both win it and then put up Shelli/Clay and Vanessa/Austin and tell each pair, "We want you to win BOB. The other pair is the target." Watching Shelli and Vanessa fall all over themselves to sell each other out would fill the entertainment vacuum left by Dae and Audrey's evictions.

I hate everyone in this season, just like I did in 16 and 14. Any post Rachel-BB era, sucks IMHO. She was the LAST good player (Derrick was the ultimate floater, and didn't win crap unless it was handed to him).

When Big Brother plays in the background and you keep hearing Clay talking about dropping his nut...

oprah-what-gif-oh-really.gif

Clay's DR's were making me uncomfortable last night....couldn't tell if he was trying to be funny or sexy. Neither were working for me.

As of right now: Shelli / John / James are left on the wall. John is hurting, Shelli is calm-ish, and James is fidgety. I'm calling it right now, Shelli is going to win this competition... and possibly this season.

But at least BoB is gone. Yay! CBS got the hint.
