Big Brother 21 (Live Feed Spoiler Warning)

They are going back and forth on that. Nicole likes the idea of splitting the showmance but Cliff thinks Tommy is more likely to beat them in the kind of trivia endgame comps they need to win (and it's true, Holly & Jackson suck at those). I honestly don't know which option is better for them. On one hand, who goes to F4 with a showmance? But on the other hand, who can trust Tommy to boot Jackson at F4?

A similar dilemma faced BB7 Janelle and BB14 Dan (though at F4 instead of F5). Janelle had the power boot Will or Erika and it seemed obvious to split up Chilltown, but Erika was better at comps than Will and Janelle needed to win out to get to the end. And Dan had the option to evict Shane or Ian and even though Ian was more likely to win the F3 HOH and was a bigger jury threat, Dan just couldn't risk going into F3 with a showmance. In both cases they lost: Janelle didn't even get to the end and Will lost the jury vote, but I'm not sure they made the wrong decision. I can honestly see both sides.

I was a staunch defender of the double eviction move not to target Holly & Jackson because I think it helped Nicole (and Cliff) survive F5. But now...? I mean if Tommy won the F4 veto at least you'd have a chance to convince him to boot Jackson instead of yourself but if Holly won the F4 veto, she is 100% evicting you over Jackson. I think that would make the decision for me and I would go the Janelle/Dan route and split the pair. But I don't think the decision here is obvious either way. What do you guys think? Slip?

For now I'm just going to enjoy the fact that Holly & Jackson will be privately panicking all week, Tommy will be scrambling all week, and for the second week in a row (if we count the double eviction as one week) Nicole & Cliff have all the power after being underdogs who didn't seem like they could win shit for most of the season.
 
It's a tough decision for Nicole. Breaking up Holly and Jackson should be obvious because a) the rival pair in a final four, duh; b) Tommy is much more willing to work with Holly than Jackson; c) she's auto-eliminated if Cliff wins HOH and then one of Jolly wins POV at F4. But at the same time: a) the latter is a specific and kind of unlikely scenario; b) we don't know if Jackson and Tommy would go after each other in a final four instead of Nicole; c) weren't we kind of speculating that Nicole's best chance to win in the end would be against Holly?
 
YES thank you, I forgot that point. Although you could also argue that Holly is the closest thing to a goat right now and by evicting Holly, Nicole could take her place and possibly guarantee herself a F2 spot since Cliff/Jackson/Tommy won't want to take each other to the end...

All this vacillating makes my brain hurt so let's just celebrate the fact that Tommy & Holly really thought they could dance to the end of this game without ever being on the block but Nicole sang:

Wow so Christie is gone so that leaves just Tommy all by himself. The only ones I hope stay are Nicole, Tommy and Cliff hopefully one of them will win it
 
Expect this to flip back and forth between now and Thursday but as of tonight, Nicole and Cliff are both onboard to evict Holly and are currently extracting promises from Tommy to evict Jackson at F4.
 
guys we might have a winner this season MICHie, he is trying to play nicole and using cliff OMG and cliff is kisssing michies ass ROLLS eyes. poor nicole.

shes on the right track but i think she will boot tommy by mistake, instead of holly

So many weeks this season we have gone into the live eviction not knowing who is going and tonight is no different. Cliff & Nicole had settled on keeping Tommy and even told Holly & Jackson last night, but this morning Jackson overheard them talking with Tommy and the deal he made with them and Jackson pretended that Tommy told him about it and is planning on backstabbing Cliff & Nicole. This is a total lie but Cliff & Nicole seem to have bought it and are now considering keeping Holly.

I do think there are very good reasons to evict Tommy, but I think if they do it under these circumstances, then Nicole HAS to go to the end with Cliff. If she gets to the end with Holly now, she will look like a fool who was played by Holly & Jackson.

Oh and apparently Jessica Milagros is still an idiot who inexplicably hates Nicole and thinks she was a mole the whole time. :rolleyes: There was a jury video going around where she said this.

but i dont know 1 more hoh win and 1 more veto will solidfy this for nicole or give her a chance.. jackson is a force to beat
 
Tommy gushing about how much he loves Nicole and how great she's playing is good news for her if she gets to the end because Tommy will have a LOT of influence in the jury. For that reason alone, she may have made the right call in evicting him.
 
Nicole already won HOH after 3 minutes, good thing they have Tommy going for the Tony against Jackson in the editing bay for Sunday's ep.
 
Tommy is such a bad actor he made the truth sound like a lie.

And yeah it sounds like Holly promised to throw the HOH to Nicole if they didn't evict her and she kept her word. Wow.

Either way NICOLE IS IN THE FINAL 3!!!!
