I just binge-read eight novels by David Drake, several of them co-written with S. M. Sterling.

Now I'm getting scholarly with Jesus and the Eyewitnesses -- it's like being in grad school again!

Pretty good read so far. It's not really much of an effective self-help book (if that's what they were aiming for), though.

I read it a few months ago and enjoyed it too. I didn't know much about her before. She’s been through some shit but is still able to laugh through it.

"Science...for HER!" by Megan Amram. It's half "Huh?" and half really funny. If it's to be believed she's a hard-drinking meth-using slut but I don't think anyone could write coherently like that. So I consider it inspirational. And totally factual and reliable especially where she asserts every man is gay. If only, Megan. If only.

A surprising really good children’s book by one of my favorite authors.
