BOOKS: What are you reading?

"Lord Edwin Falls" by Adella J. Harris. It's a gay romance novel in the Regency period of England. It is the third in a series, but I have only read this one so far. I enjoyed it.

Rereading "Dorothy Must Die" by Danielle Paige. Needless to say, this ain't L. Frank Baum's Oz. It's much darker and more twisted. And I'm loving every bit of it.

THE THEORY OF ALMOST EVERYTHING by Robert Derter
THE ANTHOLOGY OF CLASSICAL MYTHOLOGY
THE ODES by Pindar
THE OXFORD HISTORY OF MEDIEVAL EUROPE by George Holmes
TERRY AND THE PIRATES Vol 2. by MIlton Caniff

Finally got my hands on Mimi's memoir "The Meaning of Mariah Carey"! \:/

Cool! Hope you enjoy it!

Thanks! It's fascinating reading the details of her childhood. I always knew it was rough, but she was pretty vague about it in the past. I didn't know it was that traumatic. :(

Yeah she had it tough growing up.

The Stranger Beside Me: The Definitive Story Of The Ted Bundy Case.

I read "The Five Stages of Andrew Brawley" by Shaun David Hutchinson.

It was a novel about a 17 year old who is surreptitiously living in the hospital where his mother, father, and little sister died after an accident, and about the people he meets in the hospital. It was about the games people's heads play with them when faced with life's problems. It includes, anger, denial, pain, grief, depression, suffering, and bargaining. Although the first chapter almost had me put this book aside, I am glad that I continued reading it. This book messed with my head, but kept me intrigued and coming back to it. It may not be for everyone, but I recommend it.
