Dash & Lily's Book of Dares by Rachel Cohn and David Levithan. More for teenagers, but I enjoyed it, more than The Fault In Our Stars.
If you liked either of those books (or both, or, heck, even neither), don't miss the book David Levithan and John Green wrote together, the fabulous Will Greyson, Will Greyson. It's the story of two suburban Chicago teens, each named Will Greyson, who meet under unusual and hilarious circumstances...and that's just the start.
Cloud Atlas as an audio book, listen to it while working out.
