Yes, if they disagree with stuff they don't usually JUST say it's unconstitutional...they actually go all the way and say UNAMERICAN on stuff...if they don't even go beyond all the say and call it a threat to the continuation of human civilization.Something about guns being constitutional, likewise for executions, but gay marriage and immigration being un-American.
Well, hey, he's SUPPOSED to be hot. He was going to Hell.Me too, then he's not even that hot![]()

Getting accused of living in a bubble from a Hillary supporter, who is the personification of establishment politicians, is not surprising. Go vote for your candidate, she just loaded up on superpac money.
For the asshole that helped GUT the Voting Rights Act? Who, if the cons had a majority would've overturned Row v Wade and Oberfell would NOT have passed. AND voted FOR Citizens United. He was one of the four that voted no I believe.
I'm also shocked and aghast at all of you. Yes this man was very homophobic, but he was still a supreme court judge. Show some fucking respect.
No idea who he is, but it seems i should be glad he's dead.
No there's no need actually
Our President had good words for him
It's ok to disagree with some of his decisions but not wish him dead or be dancing on his grave
I was reading comments on a conservative website, and many feel the President has something to do with his death. The BS would be funny if it wasn't so fucked up!
When Texas millionaire John Poindexter invited Justice Antonin Scalia to his remote ranch near the Mexican border, it was for a private party with about 35 other guests, a weekend of hunting and sightseeing on his painstakingly restored and cultivated 30,000-acre spread.
....Poindexter entered the silent room, apprehensive.
“I was worried I was going to find something very tragic,” he said.
He spotted Scalia, still in his pajamas.
“He was in perfect repose in his bed as if he was taking a nap. His face wasn’t contorted or anything,” Poindexter said. “I went over and felt his hand and it was very cold, no pulse. You could see he was not alive.”
^ And this is why he was dead wrong.
And Dangerous.
The moment that the First Amendment was passed...it was clear that the Constitution is a living document. Not the ten commandments.
And it is why he was a total hypocrite, because he had no problem bending the Constitution any way it suited his white, Catholic, male perspective.
