Getting accused of living in a bubble from a Hillary supporter, who is the personification of establishment politicians, is not surprising. Go vote for your candidate, she just loaded up on superpac money.

Very smart move to load up on superpac money---she'll need it to fight off the gop endless attacks---once she is president she'll get rid of citizens united ---Obama tried but she'll be able to do it--- She's a fighter who has accomplished a lot in the face of overwhelming odds.

Where does the Constitution say that a President has to wait if he is in is last year of office? It doesn't, yet the strict constructionists are demanding it. What bullshit.

We are likely to be without a Supreme Court for a year if the gop refuses to confirm. It should refuse to confirm any nominee with a history of activism. Obama might try to nominate an honest judge but that is not what he wants. The wrong nominee can hurt the democrats if a majority agree the Republicans are right to oppose him. He will, of course, nominate a pro abortion candidate, so about half the country will agree that he should not be approved.
An interesting question is whether the Chief Justice has authority to appoint a temporary judge to avoid a dead lock.

For the asshole that helped GUT the Voting Rights Act? Who, if the cons had a majority would've overturned Row v Wade and Oberfell would NOT have passed. AND voted FOR Citizens United.

It is fucked up! I can believe people would think that, but that is just rediculous because conspiracies are almost never true and government cant do anything right let alone assassinate one of its own court justices. If we were some 3rd world country I would say yes that's very plausible but no way in hell that would happen.

There was no autopsy, and people call that suspect. LOL!

What is suspect about a 79 year old man who smoked having a heart attack?

I do respect the man as much as we perceive him to be the enemy of freedom, the enemy of freedom is actually American citizens who don't get off their ass.

Scalia loved to remind people that the constitution was written to protect the country from itself, not grow and change with every passing fad.
