I don't think there was any doubt she'd be returning with a new album in 2007, but just how big her "comeback" will be is the question.

I sort of use the word comeback loosely because the last time she was active in the music industry, before taking a break in exchange for marriage & motherhood, she had one of the biggest hits of 2004 with "Toxic" and followed that up with "Everytime." Both songs garnering some of the best reviews of her career, as well her first Grammy award, and she would have had one of the highest grossing tours of that year had she not sustained a knee injury.

However due to her careless decisions some that includes marrying a loser & hastily procreating with him, and having minor incidents with her child magnified times a million, she really has to fight the perception that she has peaked. Now with her reportedly working with every hot producer/songwriter that's out right now (Ne-Yo, J.R.) I don't think is the right strategy. But the album is in the beginning stages, so hopefully changes are made or I'm proven wrong come next year.
 
I loved her before K-Fag...and now I cringe whenever I see both of them on TV! I wish she would have stayed with Justin and made beautiful babies/music!!
 
Yes i know, and its still kind of hard for me to think of Britney as a wife and mother of 2 children. One was ok i guess but now she is going to have 2 children. People were saying she should have just left him after she had Sean but she stayed with him.

The celebrity psychic said that if Britney and Kevin were going to break up it would have been in december 2005 because Britney's star was aligned with the planet venus so if any major change was going to happen it would have been then, but since they are still togther and if Britney is really happy then i can only wish them well that it is a long a lasting marriage.

I guess everyone has to grow up including me, but like i said though its still kinda hard for me see Britney as a wife and mother. I was with Britney from day one, "Baby One More Time" , lol i remeber me and my friends doing the "OOps i did it again" dance sequence from the video. I had those moves down. Those were the days. She was robbed Best New Artist but no sour grapes, and i was happy that she FINALLY got her grammy for "Toxic".

After she won the grammy for "Toxic" i felt that my journey with Britney came full circle.

However, i am sticking with Brit and when she is ready to clean up her image and reclain her title as princess of pop ill be here for her.
 
Dude as much as I loved Brit..pre-K-Fag...I doubt she will ever make a comeback!! I think her career is in the toilet already...now all thats left..is maybe..a VH1 reality show of her own..or maybe Flavor Of Love Season three or four...or maybe Celebrity Fit Club!!! I just hope that she gets her act together and leaves Federline before he spends all her money..and her and the two babies are left broke and sad like Michael Jackson!!
 
I knew she'd lose all her weight sooner or later......If she comes back, then I must say I might be there to support her....I don't know....she really lost a lot of respect from her early fans (myself included) by her acts these past few years.....
 
Oh my when i saw the pictures i got so happy. Her comeback is going to be soooooooooo huge im really looking forward to it. She is working with so many big name producers this album is going to be Toxic times 10.

I hope she doesnt do a duet with K fed on her new album.

A celebrity astrologist said that britneys star is alligned with venus of the northern galaxy which means that her marriage to kevin will work and that she will have a big comeback in 2007 - 2008.

In the mean time Rihanna the co-princess of pop is keeping the music alive until Britney returns.

From "Baby one more time" to "My perogative" ive been with Brit and will be here when she gets back in shape and takes the pop world by storm again.

I used to be OBSESSED with her from around 99-01. So basically the "Crazy" single until the Britney album, which I loved at the time. I started to lose interest in her generally, but I still bought her cds and singles, because I'm a collector. I don't like the image she's been producing over the last few years. She's really gotten on my nerves with all of the lipsyncing, because I KNOW she can do better. Lipping a slow song is NOT acceptable. Dancing, I could understand, but even Madonna & Janet can do both and sound fine. So there also isn't a good excuse. But whatever, as long as she makes music I can shake my money maker to, I will continue to support her. I know she's a genuine person with a good heart and means well, so that alone will always make me support her. I hope this new record is slammin and I just cannot wait!
 
Wow Britney looked so damn good at the American Music Awards tonight and she got a standing ovation and everybody kept clapping her, she couldnt start her presentation the first time because the audience loved her. Even people i didnt think dug Britney were smiling and clapping and just happy to see her back.

This comeback is going to be super awesome.

Britney i still cant get over the fact that you are a mother of 2 but i am just happy to see you back and look forward to you big comeback.

Britney is back! I FUCKING LOVE HER!! I can admit it now! I love everything she does! I love everything she stands for! I love her!!! She was the first artist I was ever into! I grew up with her! It hurt me so much, when she fell. But I'm glad she's back up! She's gorgeous, and I can't wait for her new material to be released!!! She's making a HUGE comeback! She's gonna be bigger than ever, you just watch!

Last night at the American Music Awards the announcer introduced Beyonce as AMERICAS NO.1 SELLING POP FEMALE ARTIST! but that was a big fat non truth.

Britney is Americas biggest selling pop artist in, and Beyonce is neither pop nore somewhere near Britneys selling figures!!!!


Britney i am so excited for you and you looked so good and everybody loved you last night.


By the way "Irreplaceable" would have been the perfect Britney song for her big comeback because it fits Britney so much better than it does Beyonce. Don't get me wrong i love the song but Beyonce hasnt bought a thing of value for Jay Z but Britney has bought almost everything for K-FEd- X, so to the left to the left LOL.

I didn't watch the show. Any idiot would know there's not any truth to that. Beyonce has sold 15 million albums, total. That's including her "Live at Wembley" CD. Britney has sold 88 million (albums) world wide, and 31 million in the US alone.

Even with the Destiny's Child numbers added in. Britney still outsells her, 75 million, to 88 million.

i didn't know she appeared on the american music awards last week. my britney looks super hot standing on stage wearing that gorgeous gown. but hey we all believe that her album is going to be super hot and i personally can't wait what is going to be in the works on her cd. i did read in people magazine or some other magazine the other day that she is going to use paula abdul's title track "cold hearted snake" that she released in the 80s for her next album. the mag didn't state that it is going to be a cover song, but britney wants to use that title to trash k-fed! i think that's fucking awesome. now britney has the last word out of this divorce.
