Brothers & Sisters

So next week Boston Legal is in the time slot at 10pm eastern Sunday night. I hope Brothers & Sisters is only taking a very short vacation.
 
This is a very good show that gets better with each episode. You actually believe that there are a real family and don't have to suspend belief.

ABC wanted to plug in all the new episodes they can get during November Sweeps. Unofficial word is that since the next "Brothers and Sisters" episode is a Christmas episode, the folks at ABC decided it was too early to air that on Thanksgiving Weekend. I personally would not be surprised to see a new episode until 12/10.
 
ABC has given B&S a full season. It's not a huge hit like Desperate Housewives, Lost or Grey's Anatomy, but it is doing fairly well. It's been in the top 10 shows of the week a few times.
 
Very good episode.

I think the episode belonged to Nora. Sally Filed had some great scenes.

Kevins hook up was HOT, i want more of him. I didnt get his name though, the actor that is.

Why is it that i never meet guys like that at a bar.

Kevin : I'm gay and i just broke up with my boyfriend

Hot Army/Seal guy: (Flash seductive smile) Really i was hoping you would say that.


That was hot.



I also liked the continuity all throughout the episode and it was a nice tocuh to show Sarah's daughter getting her insulin injection. And again Noras grandson is such a good little actor.


That Boston Legal looks good so ill be watching it. I have missed the enitire season thanks to Nip/Tuck. Its like Sophies Choice up in here and i choose Nip/Tuck.

I agree. I actually got a little teary-eyed when she read the letter left by her dead husband. It was so beautiful.

I also liked how the writers are handling the flashback scenes. No smoke, no blurred borders, just Sally Field in a perky new (old?) hairdo.:D
 
Jason Lewis will make a much better boyfriend than that flaming, self righteous drama queen Kevin dated before.

Although i really liked the hot army man, too bad it was just a one night stand.
 
What the hell?

All the previews said "Brothers and Sisters returns all new next Sunday," and i get a repeat.

At first i was like, What the hell? Does Nora have amnesia? Why is she acting like she doesnt know the adulteress?

It took 26 minutes for me to realize that i was watching a repeat.


The only good thing that came of me watching some of the repeat was the fact that Kevin likes his straight men just like me.



Nora: Kevin you should go out with that man

Kevin: Mother he is straight

Nora: Like that ever stopped you before

I'm liking the progression with Holly in this show. I'm glad they're not making her a sitting duck. Also, that scene with Sally Field and Paige in the Christmas Tree market... geez, how does this show do it everytime!?! One tear...
 
Yes the writers still can bring it.

I like Holly i dont know why. The Nora/Holly scene award wothry stuff lol.

Looking forward to the Kevin storyline with his new man.

The druggie brother isnt as hot to me anymore.

The paige storyline was very good.
 
Sally Field is a rockstar.

I was wondering how the writers were going to keep Holly around after Sarah cracked the password. Good idea making her part of the company.

I also liked the Paige storyline.

A Kitty-Lite episode. It was nice to see her stick up for Warren though.

The whole Justin/Iraq storyline isn't working for me. I miss his old girlfriend.

Kevin was cute and funny, as usual.

The only complaint I have of the show is that the editting seems a little choppy. One minute you are in a courtroom with Justin and Kevin, then in the office with Sarah and co., then back to the courtroom. It seems all over the place.
 
Great Episode. Think Rob Lowe and Calista are going to hook up?
 
Another great episode. Love the scene at the Rehab center. It's probably the only I'll ever see someone blame their drug addiction on the fact that their family doesn't include them on constant bickering. LoL.

Okay... can they give Tommy a story now? They've seem to develop every other member of the Walker clan into something already.
 
I just hope the Jason Lewis and Kevin storyline is hot and steamy and I don't mean like one kiss or two. These needs to be some serious kissing nothing explict but something erotic. ABC can really push the envelope on this one. People know Kevin is gay and fans love Kevin. So I believe Kevin deserves some real intense passion.
