I am a firm believer in not looking at the computer after 7pm at night and not having any music or tv in the bedroom. Having said this, I also have to take Trazadone to help me sleep through the night. It works. In fact, it probably has helped save my life by helping me to shut down and not work for about 7 hours every day.
I admire your discipline but I might suffer if only able to shut down and not to work for 7 hours only
So, Im talking about the "hyper activity" before bedtime, I believe your discipline might work effectively to everyone but I still need 4 hours- before sleep time to be completely self indulging. Problem is: not everyday I have that luxury, resulting decreasing work performance..
