Can you tell if a guy has a small dick?

Is there any kind of intuitive way to tell if a guy has a small dick without, you know, grabbing him or seeing him naked or asking? You know, like in the same way you can make an educated guess if someone is a top or bottom? I hooked up with this guy a few weeks ago who just had the TINIEST little thing I think I've ever seen. It was disturbingly small. And I'm mostly a top, and yes it still matters, because I like to suck. It would just be convenient to be able to pick up on signs before you actually see the thing.

Hmmn,so what if I drive a semi truck for work and a compact car (neon) when I'm not at work?

Being a filthy slut from way back, I've always figured and Ive usually been right about it ,is to go by body dimensions..For instance ,tall skinny guys usually always have dicks that account for half their body weight..

Smaller framed guys,usually have smaller dicks. Say,5'5 and 140,that look normal and fit their body well.The trouble is trying to gauge guys that have average height and weight ,say 5'11,180 pounds..That can go either way.
